Hand held spiralizer

A hand held spiralizer includes two housing portions pivotally joined to one another to allow the housing to open and close. A pair of handle portions cooperate to form a unified handle in the closed position. A main slicing blade extends along an interior sidewall for spiral cutting, while a set of julienne blades is mounted for selective pivotal movement for optional use.

ONION CHOPPER

An onion chopper includes container, a blade tray, and pivoting lid. The blade tray is removably mounted on an upper rim of the container and includes a sweeper positioned at one end of the blade tray. The sweeper is dimensioned to fit within the sidewalls forming the container to be used to clear chopped food bits from the container after they are cut by the grid of blades.

An onion chopper includes a container having a bottom and a plurality of sidewalls extending upwardly and terminating in a rim. A lid is attached to the container at a pivot location for movement between a closed position adjacent the rim and an open position pivoted away from the rim. A tray is removably supported atop the container, and defines a central opening positioned between a forward end and a rearward end. A spiralizer insert is removably attached to the tray within the central opening, the spiralizer insert having a central spindle and a blade extending radially outward from the central spindle.

Mandoline with spiralizer insert

A mandoline slicer includes a slicing ramp with a rearward and forward portion defining an opening. A main slicing blade is mounted to the forward slicing portion. A spiral slicing insert is configured to fit within the opening, and includes a circular support, a spindle, and a spiral slicing blade positioned inside the circular support. In some versions, the insert is invertible, having a second spiral slicing feature on a lower side.

A mandoline slicer including a frame having two opposed side walls and a food support surface, a blade assembly, and a slicing thickness adjustment mechanism engaging the blade assembly with the frame and configured to vertically move the blade assembly relative to the food support surface between an operating position where the cutting blade is exposed above the food support surface for a vertical distance for slicing and a resting position where the cutting blade is positioned coplanar with or below the food support surface. The present invention has a fixed and integral food support surface and a movable blade assembly which is easy and safe to operate. It can provide bi-directional food slicing as well as bi-directional julienne blade slicing of food.

Slicing mechanism and slicer using the slicing mechanism

The present invention relates to the field of food processors, and more particularly, to a slicing mechanism and the slicer using the slicing mechanism, wherein the slicing mechanism comprises the lower cover and the cutter components; wherein the cutter components are fixed to the rotating gear, which rotates in the lower cover; wherein the rotating gear and the cutter components are directly fixed, improving transmission efficiency and stability so that the slicing process has higher uniformity and quality.

PORTABLE ELECTRIC ROTARY SLICER

A portable electric rotary slicer, which may have a handle, a blade holder configured to hold a blade assembly, and a pusher. The blade assembly may couple to the blade holder by a ring gear configured to fit concentrically around the blade assembly, allowing the rotary slicer to be operated at a high torque with relatively little electrical power being supplied. The rotary slicer may have a stand, a safety cylinder disposed around the blade assembly and configured to protect the user's fingers when pushing material into the blade assembly, and a divider disposed within the safety cylinder. To operate the device, a user may insert a blade assembly into the blade holder, place material directly above the blade assembly and under the pusher, activate the switch of the rotary slicer, and press downward with the pusher to force the material into the spinning blade of the blade assembly.

Spiral slicer

A spiral slicer for producing spiral-cut fruits and vegetables, includes a main body supporting a shaft operated by a crank handle. Rotation of the crank handle selectively moves a pusher, which attaches to a fruit or vegetable toward a set of julienne blades and a main slicing blade. The fruit or vegetable is cut by the julienne blades and then by the main blade, with the sliced portion passing through a gap positioned between the julienne blades and the main blade.

Mandoline slicer

A mandoline slicer includes a slicing blade between a runout ramp and a platen defining an adjustable slicing ramp. A set of cubing blades is selectively movable between extended and retracted positions, extendable through slots formed in the runout ramp. A pusher is configured for 90 degree rotational movement to allow perpendicular cutting by the cubing blades before slicing by a main blade.

Hand-held slicer

A hand-held slicing device having a handle connected to a slicing tray. The slicing tray includes a ramp leading to a fixed blade. The ramp is readily adjustable such that the height of the edge of the ramp most closely adjacent the blade can be raised or lowered. In one version, the ramp can be raised or lowered by sliding a support structure connected to a knob that can be slideably adjusted by the user's thumb. The device may include a series of julienne blades that are selectively extendable above the slicing ramp or retractable below the ramp.
