AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE WITH BIDIRECTIONAL FORCE EXERTING ELECTRIC THREE-POINT HITCH ASSEMBLIES
An electric tractor including one or more all-electric bidirectional force exerting three-point hitch assemblies for lifting and lowering farm tool implements in level relationship to the ground regardless of the elevation of lift applied to the implement. The front, middle and rear three-point hitch assemblies are each operated using linear actuators. The hitches may be coupled with battery boxes to provide power and to counterbalance attached farm implements. Each of the described three-point hitch assemblies (including embodiments for front, middle and rear positions) may be operated through manipulation of electric controls. Electronic components include controller, displays, panels, wiring harnesses, linear actuators, joy sticks, lighting, switches, gauges, electric battery management system for managing one or more power sources, and processing modules and memory for controlling hitch movement and implements. The three-point hitch assemblies enable work in the front, middle and rear areas of the tractor.
WORKING MACHINE COUPLER DEVICE AND WORKING MACHINE COUPLING METHOD
A working machine coupler device includes a top linkage, a lower linkage, a detachable frame including a second upper coupler to be coupled to a first upper coupler, and a second lower coupler to be coupled to a first lower coupler, and a top linkage controller. The second upper coupler is coupled to the first upper coupler when the lower linkage is pivoted upward, and the first lower coupler moves toward and be coupled to the second lower coupler when a front portion of the working machine is moved upward, and the top linkage controller regulates the stretching and shortening of the top linkage to hold the detachable frame inclining backward, and allows the top linkage to be shortened until the working machine takes a working posture after the lower linkage is pivoted downward from a state where the front portion of the working machine is lifted.
THREE-POINT HITCH FOR AN AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR
A three-point hitch for an agricultural tractor includes a hydraulically actuatable lifting arm, a vertically pivotable lower link, and a lifting strut arranged between the lifting arm and the lower link. The lifting strut transmits to the lower link a pivoting movement on the lifting arm. The lifting strut includes a first fastening portion articulated to the lifting arm and a second fastening portion articulated to the lower link. The second fastening portion includes first and second fastening segments which encompass the lower link in a fork-shaped manner. A bearing pin disposed between the two fastening segments extends through a slot formed in the lower link. By pivoting the lower link, the bearing pin is displaced inside the slot between a first working position and a second working position. In each position, the bearing pin is secured inside the slot by a blocking arrangement.
VEHICLE CONNECTION GUIDANCE
A vehicle connection guidance system may include a sensor and a controller. The sensor is configured to be supported by a vehicle having a first width and a connection interface, the connection interface having a second width different than the first width and along which multiple connection points lie, wherein the sensor is to output steering angle signals. The Controller is configured to output presentation signals based upon the steering angle signals The presentation signals are to generate a visual presentation of a projected path of the width of the connection interface to an operator of the vehicle.
VEHICLE ATTACHMENT CARRIER LOADING GUIDANCE
A vehicle attachment carrier loading guidance system may include a sensor for being supported by vehicle supporting a removable attachment having a mount interface for interacting with a mount on an attachment carrier distinct from the vehicle, wherein the sensor is output steering angle signals. The system may further comprise a controller to output presentation signals based upon the steering angle signals. The presentation signals are to generate a visual representation of a projected path of the mount interface with respect to the mount.
APPARATUS FOR COMBINING PLANTING IMPLEMENTS
An apparatus for combining planting implements enables an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. The apparatus is rigidly affixed to a conventional cultivating implement and comprises a support frame, a pair of brackets, and a connection bar. In combination, the support frame, pair of brackets, and connection bar provide a three-point connection whereby a conventional broadcasting implement may be attached thereto, thus enabling an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. In operation, at least a portion of the conventional cultivating implement is disposed behind the conventional broadcasting implement when the conventional broadcasting implement is attached to the support frame, thereby allowing simultaneous cultivation and broadcasting of constituents.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle (1) comprises a coupling apparatus (18) for coupling an attachment to the forward end (8) of the work vehicle (1). The coupling apparatus (18) comprises a three point linkage mechanism having a pair of lower coupling elements (19) and an upper coupling element (25). A first carrier element (22) is pivotally coupled to a forward chassis part (14) of the work vehicle (1) by a pair of main transverse pivot shafts (35) which define a main transverse pivot axis (33). A second carrier element (23) carries the lower coupling elements (19) and is pivotally coupled to the forward chassis part (14) about the main transverse pivot axis (33) and about a main longitudinal pivot axis (45). A main longitudinal pivot shaft (46) extending rigidly from the second carrier element (23) pivotally engages the first carrier element (22) and terminates in a swivel bearing (50) which pivotally and swivelably couples the main longitudinal pivot shaft (46) to an intermediate transverse pivot shaft (54) which also defines the main transverse pivot axis (33), so that the second carrier element (23) and the first carrier element (22) are pivotal about the main transverse pivot axis (33), and the second carrier element (23) is pivotal about the main longitudinal pivot axis (45) to facilitate upward and downward movement of an attachment coupled to the coupling apparatus (18) about the main transverse pivot axis (33) and tilting movement of the attachment about the main longitudinal pivot axis (45).
TRAVELING VEHICLE
A traveling vehicle includes a controller to control a posture of a work machine via a connector. The controller observes whether a farm field surface on which the traveling vehicle travels and the work machine maintain a predetermined positional relationship therebetween, and controls the posture of the work machine when a positional relationship between the farm field surface and the work machine changes from the predetermined positional relationship, so that the positional relationship thus changed is reset to the predetermined positional relationship.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE OPERATION OF AN ATTACHMENT
A method for controlling the operation of an attachment includes coupling the attachment to a tractor via a power lift comprising two lower link arms and detecting a pull point as a geometrical intersection of imaginary extensions of both lower link arms based on reference angles. The method further includes determining the reference angles by an optical capture of the lower link arms, and controlling the operation based on the detected pull point.
HARVESTER SYSTEM
A harvester system that includes a work vehicle. A harvester attachment removably couples to the work vehicle. The harvester attachment includes a tool bar. A quick connector couples to the tool bar. The quick connector removably couples and uncouples the harvester attachment to the work vehicle. A support system removably couples to the work vehicle. The support system supports operation of the harvester attachment.
