The invention relates to a concrete block producing device and to a method for producing colored concrete blocks using a concrete block producing device including a block molding machine with a block mold that can be supplied with fresh concrete from a concrete hopper. The concrete hopper can be supplied with portions of at least two differently colored fresh concretes in a controlled manner by a dosing device. The dosing device includes at least two dosing chambers and a transport device for transporting the differently colored fresh concrete portions to the concrete hopper. The transport device includes at least one positioning unit for guiding the colored fresh concrete from the dosing chambers to the concrete hopper. The positioning unit is designed to supply defined positions in the concrete hopper with differently colored fresh concrete portions.

A construction block or suchlike comprises at least one part made of conglomerate material, to which an insert made of filling material is constrained, to define a connection face for connection to another structural element. The connection face has visible a first surface of the insert and at least a connected second surface of the part made of conglomerate material. On the connection face other structural element(s) are combined, along a support plane (R, R1, R2) provided in correspondence with the connection face, to be stably connected by a layer of binder material. A punch unit is used in a powder press molding device that includes a die plate including a cavity in which a compacted powder pellet can be formed, the powder press molding device including a ram moving in a direction approaching the die plate and in a direction away from the die plate. The punch unit includes a punch inserted into the cavity of the die plate when the ram approaches the die plate, and a supporting portion supporting the punch reciprocatably, the punch unit being movable along a plane intersecting with the moving direction of the ram in a state where the punch is removed from the cavity. The punch unit is capable of shortening a distance in which the ram moves, and a cycle time can be shortened.

Provided herein are a method and a system for producing slabs, tiles or sheets of artificial stone, with a wide vein effect, comprising inorganic particles of different sizes and hardened binders, and which simulate the appearance of natural stone.

Disclosed is a distribution device and a manufacturing method for a full-body textured porcelain stoneware slab and relates to the field of construction ceramic tile production. The distribution device includes a feeding assembly, a powder-preforming box, and a belt conveying assembly, where the powder-preforming box is arranged at an included angle with a conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly, and 6190, and an intersecting line of a lower end of the powder-preforming box and the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly is at an included angle with a center line of the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly, and 4590. A process using the distribution device can produce a full-body textured porcelain stoneware slab of a natural flowing effect, and can form a straight or diagonal textured pattern effect as needed.

A machine (1) for depositing ceramic powders comprises a supply device (2) and a distributor device (3) of the ceramic powders. The supply device (2) is configured to convey the ceramic powders receiving them from a process situated upstream of the machine. The distributor (3) is movable along a processing direction (X) which extends in a support plane and is configured to receive the ceramic powders from the supply device (2) depositing at least one layer thereof on the support plane during an advancement and/or reverse movement thereof along the processing direction (X). A system for making ceramic tiles or slabs is also claimed, comprising (i) the machine (1) for depositing ceramic powders. (ii) a conveyor belt (11) defining the support plane and (iii) a pressing device arranged along the support plane downstream of the machine (1) and configured to press at least one layer of ceramic powders deposited by the machine (1).
