A vehicle includes an engine, an electric energy system, a drum configured to mix drum contents received therein, and a drum drive system coupled to the drum and the engine. The drum drive system includes a primary pump, an electric motor powered by the electric energy system, an auxiliary pump fluidly coupled to the mechanical pump and powered by the electric motor, and a drum motor fluidly coupled to the primary pump and the auxiliary pump and positioned to drive the drum to agitate the drum contents.

A system includes a processing circuit configured to receive data from a sensor of a vehicle. The data includes one or more operational characteristics including at least one of a first operational characteristic indicating that a concrete mixture is being dispensed via a chute of the vehicle or a second operational characteristic indicating that the concrete mixture has stopped being dispensed via the chute. The processing circuit is also configured to receive a first time stamp responsive to receiving the first operational characteristic. The processing circuit is also configured to provide the first time stamp to at least one of a user device or a remote computing system.

A concrete mixing accessory for a drum of a concrete mixer, the drum having an inner surface and an outer surface, the drum including a first helical fin extended from the inner surface and extending from a first end and a second end of the drum, the drum including a second helical fin extending from the inner surface and extending from the first end and the second end of the drum, the accessory comprising: a first set of fingers extending radially inward from an edge of the first helical fin; and, a second set of fingers extending radially inward from an edge of the second helical fin, wherein the first set of fingers is arranged diametrically opposite the second set of fingers.
