Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus includes a width measuring unit for measuring the width of a grooving groove formed in a wafer by laser grooving and the width of a cut groove formed by a cutting blade. The width measuring unit includes an imaging camera for imaging the grooving groove and the cut groove, and an illuminating unit for illuminating an area to be imaged by the imaging camera with light supplied in a predetermined light quantity. Therefore, when first light is radiated from the illuminating unit, a first image in which the grooving groove is sharply imaged can be imaged by the imaging camera, whereas when second light is radiated from the illuminating unit, a second image in which the cut groove is clearly imaged can be imaged by the imaging camera. Consequently, the grooving groove and the cut groove can be easily distinguished from each other.

A foldable tile saw suitable includes a base unit including a seat body and a water tank, a connecting unit including a connecting arm having a first section and a second section, and a saw unit including a saw blade seat and a saw blade. The connecting arm can rotate between an approaching position and a distant position relative to the water tank around a first axial line to generate positioning. The saw blade seat has a connecting portion and a cutting portion. The saw blade seat can rotate between a cutting position and a folded position around a second axial line relative to the water tank and generate positioning. As long as the connecting arm is rotated to the approaching position, and the saw blade seat is rotated to the folded position, the cutting portion can be approached to the water tank, so the storage space can be effectively reduced.

The fluid collecting tray provides a second filtration stage that the operation fluid is slowly filled in the first cavity from the filtration cavity to ensure slurry residual particles in the operation fluid being deposited at the first cavity, and a third filtration stage that the operation fluid is slowly filled in the second cavity from the first cavity to ensure the slurry residual particles being filtrated out of the operation fluid.

In the unlocked state of the saw blade flange, the drive spindle is blocked in the direction of rotation of the saw blade and is designed to be rotatable about the axis of rotation in a counter direction directed counter to the direction of rotation.

A method for controlling a wall saw system during creation of a separating cut in a workpiece. The wall saw system includes a saw head, a pivotable saw arm, a first saw blade, and a larger second saw blade. The separating cut is performed in a plurality of main cuts, where the parameters of the main cuts (saw blade diameter of the saw blade used, main-cut angle) are defined before the start in a main-cut sequence. After the processing of the separating cut by the first saw blade is concluded, the controlled processing of the separating cut is interrupted by a control unit and the wall saw is moved into a parking position such that all actions of the saw-blade change (swinging out the saw arm, removing the first saw blade, installing the second saw blade, and swinging in the saw arm) can be performed.

The invention discloses a multi-directional marble cutting apparatus, which includes a machine tool. A rotary column is rotatably provided at the center of the upper end surface of the machine tool. A base is fixed at the upper end of the rotary column. A clamping cavity is provided at the center of the machine tool. A steering motor is fixed on the lower wall of the clamping cavity. The lower end of the rotating column extends into the clamping cavity and is dynamically connected to the upper end of the steering motor. A clamping device is provided on the side symmetrically, and a left-right symmetrical clamping plate is provided in the clamping device, and the clamping plates are located on the left and right sides of the rotating column.
Single blade pile cutting system
A pile cutter, suitable for cutting of steel reinforced concrete piles, has a frame with a pile receiving area and a generally U-shaped track around the pile receiving area. A single saw blade, for example a diamond tipped rotary saw blade, is carried on a saw blade carriage assembly, which is movably mounted on the U-shaped track. The dimensions of the various components are such that the saw blade cuts past a center line through the pile receiving area. By moving the saw blade carriage assembly first to one end of the U-shaped track, then to the other end, the pile can be completely severed.
