METAL FILM AND RESIN SEPARATION METHOD AND SEPARATION APPARATUS THEREOF
This metal film and resin separation method is a method of putting synthetic resin waste in which a metal film adheres to a synthetic resin into a separation chamber in a casing, rotating a hammer rotor in the separation chamber, and separating and recovering the metal film and synthetic resin. While rotating the hammer rotor, the synthetic resin waste in the separation chamber is crushed, and a temperature in the separation chamber is increased to an exfoliation temperature which is higher than a normal temperature and less than a temperature at which the synthetic resin starts melting. While holding the temperature in the separation chamber at the exfoliation temperature, the synthetic resin waste is crushed and the metal film is exfoliated from the synthetic resin.
Substrate processing apparatus
A substrate processing apparatus for separating an electronic component from a substrate with the electronic component attached to an upper surface includes an upper surface processing device that separates the electronic component from the upper surface of the substrate. The upper surface processing device has an upper surface processing transporter that transports the substrate from an upstream side to a downstream side and an upper surface rotary blade that separates the electronic component from the upper surface of the substrate. The upper surface processing transporter has a sixth belt conveyor on the upstream side and a seventh belt conveyor on the downstream side, the sixth and seventh belt conveyors being located below the upper surface rotary blade and aligned in a transport direction. The upper surface rotary blade has a downstream portion facing a gap between the sixth belt conveyor and the seventh belt conveyor.
Processes for recycling carpet and products of such processes
Methods for the recycling of carpet are disclosed that produce clean face fiber suitable for industrial use. The methods allow the recovery of face fiber material, for example a polyester or a polyamide, from carpets that includes a face fiber material and a backing material, and include the steps of heating the carpet to a temperature lower than the melting point of the face fiber material, but higher than the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the backing material, for a time and at a temperature sufficient to thermally decompose, pyrolyze, or oxidize at least a portion of the backing material, rendering the backing material friable, that is more friable than the untreated backing; and applying mechanical force to the carpet so as to liberate the friable backing material from the face fiber material.
Method and Device for Recycling Thermoplastic Fibre-Reinforced Composite Material
In a method and a device for recycling a thermoplastic fibre-reinforced composite material, which is in at least one deposition layer in a component (1), it is suggested that said fibre-reinforced composite material should be pulled off from the remaining component (1), in the direction of a main fibre direction, in at least one pull-off layer (10) comprising fibres and matrix material.
PROCESSES AND STRUCTURES FOR PLASTIC SEPARATION AND PRODUCTS OF SUCH PROCESSES
Methods and apparatus are provided for the separation of a feedstock stream comprising a principle component and at least one secondary component such that at least one component has greater friability that the others using a rotary impact separator. The methods allow the recovery of two or more streams, one rich in the more friable component, and one lean in the more friable component.
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE TAPE PROCESSING METHOD AND PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE TAPE PROCESSING DEVICE
Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape processing method capable of easily separating a base material and a pressure-sensitive adhesive for forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from each other at low cost. Furthermore, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape processing device used for such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape processing method is provided. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for processing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including a base material layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a storage modulus of the base material layer at 25? C. is 2 MPa or more, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape processing method includes a step (I) of separating a pressure-sensitive adhesive for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, from the base material layer, by grinding a surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO A CLOSURE FOR A CONTAINER NECK
A closure (503) for a container neck (501), the closure (503) comprising a body (401) comprising a retention member (402) for retaining the body (401) on a container neck (501). The body (401) defines a retention member disconnection line (403) that is severable to release the retention member (402).
Devices, systems, and methods for recovery and recycling of carpet components
Devices, systems and methods for the recycling and recovery of carpet are disclosed herein, including devices, systems and methods for disassembling or deconstructing carpet into the various components that make up the carpet, by abrasive removal and separation of the components.
Method of continuously regenerating waste separator including inorganic particles
Provided is a method of continuously regenerating a separator including inorganic particles. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of continuously regenerating a separator including inorganic particles including: impregnating a separator of which at least a part of the surface is coated with a coating layer including inorganic particles in a water tank, and then performing a surface polishing treatment to release the coating layer coated on the surface of the separator; and drying the separator from which the coating layer has been released may be provided.
PLANT AND METHOD FOR RECOVERING AND TREATING RESIDUES FROM CRUSHING FERROUS SCRAP
A plant for recovering and treating residues from crushing scrap is provided. The plant includes a first plant part and a second plant part. The first plant part is provided with crushing and separation means configured to extract ferrous materials, non-ferrous metals and plastic materials from the residues from crushing. The separation means are provided with a granulator system configured to reduce, in dry mode and without pre-screening stages, the residues from crushing into a stream of granular material. The second plant part is provided with means to treat and size the plastic materials configured to transform the plastic materials into additive material to be used, in particular, in iron and steel plants such as blast furnaces, electric arc furnaces or suchlike. The means to treat and size the plastic materials includes a dry system for cutting and/or grinding the plastic materials.
