MOLD ARRANGEMENT FOR PRODUCING A PREFORM ELEMENT OF A WIND TURBINE BLADE
A mold arrangement for producing a preform element of a wind turbine blade includes a mold carrier and a plate- or tray-like mold element arranged at the mold carrier with a form defining mold surface adapted to receive preform building material, a first heating device arranged below the mold element for heating the preform building material from below the mold element, and a second heating device for heating the preform building material from above.
System and method of forming a component using a mandrel assembly
A mandrel assembly is configured to receive one or more layers of composite material to form a component. The mandrel assembly may include a tower having an outer forming wall surrounding a central passage, and an upper ring removably secured to the tower. The upper ring is configured to be removed from the tower after the layer(s) of composite material are wrapped around the outer forming wall and at least a portion of the upper ring. The component is removed from the tower after the upper ring is removed from the tower.
MOLD FOR RUBBER ARTICLE
A tire mold capable of improving the efficiency in mold production and tire production without compromising the aesthetic quality and performance of a tire after cure-molding. To that end, the tire mold has a hole that penetrates from the molding surface for molding a rubber article to the back surface, a core member that is disposed inside the hole and forms an air discharge flow channel annular in cross section extending along the extension direction of the hole between itself and the hole wall forming the hole, and an interlinking part for interlinking the hole wall and the core member.
MOLDING DEVICE HAVING HEATING AND COOLING FUNCTIONS
A molding device includes a lower die core assembly including a porous lower die core unit, an upper die core assembly including a porous upper die core, a heating assembly for heating the lower die core unit and the upper die core, and a control assembly operable to control temperature of an assembly of the lower die core unit and the upper die core to be direct proportional to a distance by which the upper die core is moved downwardly from a compression starting position where the upper die core comes into contact with the lower die core unit. The control assembly is further operable to control one of a heated gas and a cooled gas to be introduced into and discharged from the upper and lower mold core assemblies at different rates.
Molding system and method for directly gas-cooling a molding object
A molding system for directly gas-cooling a molding object includes a cold air provider, two molding parts, a plurality of outlets, at least one air-providing molding part, at least one air passage, and a controller. The two molding parts are closed detachably to co-define a forming cavity therebetween. The outlets are arranged on the air-providing molding part. The air passage is connected to the cold air provider and the outlets. The controller drives the cold air provider to provide cold air to a molding object in the forming cavity directly when the two molding parts are separating.
MOLD WITH VARIOTHERM MOLD TEMPERATURE STRUCTURE
Provided is a mold with a variotherm mold temperature structure, including a based body, a heating device and an air control device. A mold cavity and a hot runner are provided inside the base body. The inside of the hot runner is filled with a working fluid, and the temperature and circulation of the working fluid are maintained by the heating device. A cold gas runner is provided between the hot runner and the mold cavity, and a plurality of brackets are arranged inside the cold gas runner. The air control device is communicated with one end of the cold gas runner, and can inject medium and low temperature gas from one end of the cold gas runner such that the medium and low temperature gas exchanges temperature with the base body.
Apparatus and Method for Producing Fiber Composite Preform
Disclosed is an apparatus for producing a fiber composite preform. The apparatus includes a lower mold and a molding unit for molding a preform by pressing a fiber composite placed on a surface of the lower mold while the molding unit is deformed in accordance with a shape of the surface of the lower mold.
UNIFORM TEMPERATURE ROLL-EXTRUSION FORMING SYSTEM AND UNIFORM TEMPERATURE ROLLER STRUCTURE THEREOF
A uniform temperature roll-extrusion forming system and a uniform temperature roller structure thereof are provided. The uniform temperature roll-extrusion forming system includes: a pressure roller and a uniform temperature roller. The uniform temperature roller includes: a roller body which has a uniform temperature chamber partitioned into a first chamber, a second chamber, and a third chamber, wherein the chambers are independent from one another; a pair of rotating shafts formed on two side plates of the roller body and internally provided with a flow channel communicated with the first chamber and the third chamber; and a plurality of heat exchange pipes arranged in the second chamber, wherein each heat exchange pipe is communicated with the first chamber and the third chamber; wherein the second chamber is a closed space and used for being internally provided with at least one supercritical fluid.
Tool temperature control
A mold tool (10) has a temperature management system having a first fluid based heater (18) heating a first side (12) of the tool, which exhausts to a fluid heater (34) on a second side of the tool (14) and is re-circulated back to the first side (12).
MOLDING TOOL
A molding tool for producing molded parts from expandable plastic beads. The molding tool has an inner wall facing the molded part and an outer wall facing away from the molded part, between which a hollow space is formed for conveying a heating/cooling medium, and the inner and outer walls are connected to each other in some areas by spacers. Inside the spacers, through bores are formed, which convey steam, pass through the outer and inner walls, and are sealed relative to the hollow space.
