METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEAT CUSHION MATERIAL
A method for manufacturing a seat cushion material, the seat cushion material including a front layer part and a back layer part, the back layer part having a back side surface, and a concave portion being provided in the back side surface, the method including: preparing for molding the seat cushion material by attaching the back layer part to an upper die which has an upper cavity surface and a convex portion that can be fitted into the concave portion in such a manner that the back side surface is brought into contact with the upper cavity surface; molding the seat cushion material by adding foamed resin raw material forming the front layer part on a lower cavity surface of a lower die and then by closing the upper die to which the back layer part is attached; and demolding the molded seat cushion material.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A MOULDED PRODUCT
The present invention relates to methods of manufacturing moulded products, for example building panels, and in particular, but not exclusively, to manufacturing a panel comprising natural stone or rock set into a polymeric layer. The method of manufacturing a moulded product as described herein comprises at least one article being set into a polymeric layer, followed by placing the at least one article and particulate ferrous material in a container so that at least a portion of the or each article is embedded in the particulate ferrous material, introducing a polymeric material into the container to form the moulded product, and removing the moulded product from the container.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN MEMBER INCLUDING CONDUCTIVE PASTE LAYER AND FEED PORTION, AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING RESIN MEMBER INCLUDING CONDUCTIVE PASTE LAYER AND FEED PORTION TO EXTERNAL FEED MEMBER
A method for producing a resin member including a conductive paste layer and a feed portion that can suitably fix an insert member in place relative to a mold without leaving a part having no relationship with the structural members of the final product within the insert member, and a method for connecting the resin member produced with such a method to an external feed member. The method includes storing an insert member including an exterior resin film with a conductive paste layer, and a first magnetic attractor to become a feed portion into a cavity of a mold including a second magnetic attractor; positioning and fixing the insert member in the cavity using magnetic attractive force of the first and the second magnetic attractors; and injecting resin into the cavity to form a resin panel, thereby integrating the insert member with the resin panel to produce a resin member.

INJECTION MOLDING METHOD WITH METALLIC PIGMENT USING MAGNETIC FIELD
An apparatus for molding a part having ferromagnetic pigments is provided by the present disclosure. A magnetic field, generated by an electromagnet, is set up adjacent a wall of the part cavity that will define an A-surface of the part. A ferromagnetic pigment is combined with the resin. When the electromagnet is activated, the magnetic field attracts the ferromagnetic pigment to collect near the cavity wall that will define the A-surface. The apparatus of the present disclosure includes a mold, a part cavity formed in the mold, and an electromagnet positioned adjacent the part cavity whereby a magnetic field can be exerted on the part cavity. The electromagnet may be of any of several types, including a coil or a wire grid. The electromagnet may be embedded in the mold or may be placed adjacent to the mold.
Interior door handle arrangement of a vehicle, and method for producing an interior door handle arrangement
An interior door handle arrangement of a vehicle, includes a housing and an actuating section which is arranged on the housing, wherein the housing and/or the actuating section have/has a carrier section made from a first plastic and a visible section made from another, second material which is connected to the carrier section in an integrally joined manner. A method for producing such an interior door handle arrangement is also provided.
Method of forming component using metal-resin composite and mold for forming said component
Provided is a method of molding, by using a mold, a component including a metal plate and a thermoplastic resin containing a thermoplastic resin arranged on a surface on one side of the metal plate, the mold including at least a movable mold and a fixed mold including a support portion. Specifically, the molding method includes: an arranging step of arranging a premolded metal plate within the mold; a fixing step of fixing the metal plate by pressing the metal plate against the movable mold with use of the support portion; and a molding step including forming a cavity between the fixed mold and the metal plate by closing the mold, bringing the thermoplastic resin into close contact with the metal plate, and forming an exposed portion by exposing the metal plate out of the softened thermoplastic resin with use of the support portion. With this, without leakage of the thermoplastic resin, a joint region to a metal surface of another component can be reliably secured.
