A manufacturing mold for manufacturing a cable harness for a vehicle and a related method and system. The mold comprises a mold body and at least a first actuator, the mold body is made from an elastically reversibly deformable material and at least partially surrounds a mold cavity, the first actuator is coupled to a first portion of the mold body, the first portion at least partially delimits the mold cavity on the inside, the cable harness can at least be manufactured in the mold cavity, and the first actuator is designed to reversibly pivot the first portion between a first position and a second position that is different from the first position.

Mold clamping device

A mold clamping device includes a base, a stationary platen fixed to the base and supporting a stationary mold, a movable platen movable on the base and supporting a movable mold, and a mold clamping mechanism for clamping the movable mold against the stationary mold. Tie bars extend from the stationary platen completely through both the movable platen and the mold clamping mechanism. A shaft supporting plate is fixed to the ends of the tie bars and terminates at its lower end portion in two spaced-apart shoes that have flat bottom surfaces in direct sliding contact with the base. The flat bottom surface of each shoe has a larger area than the cross-sectional area of the shaft supporting plate situated vertically above the shoe.

The invention relates to a method for producing a container from a thermoplastic parison, the container being produced from the parison with the aid of a fluid, either by blow molding and subsequent filling with a fluid that is in particular liquid, or being produced by hydroforming and subsequently containing the liquid fluid as contents, and, during the blow-molding process and/or when receiving the in particular liquid fluid, the container revolves about and is spaced apart from an axis of rotation extending, in particular, vertically, in a mold that can be opened. According to the invention, the closed mold adopts, at least temporarily, an inclined position, i.e. that deviates from a perpendicular position.

MOLD CLAMPING DEVICE

A mold clamping device includes a base, a stationary platen, a movable platen, a mold clamping mechanism, a tie bar, and a half nut. This mold clamping device further includes a shaft supporting plate supporting a tip of the tie bar. This shaft supporting plate is fixed to the tip of the tie bar, and is mounted on the base so as to be freely movable.

The pressure receiving platen is located on a side remote from the first platen, of the second platen. The toggle mechanism is disposed between the second platen and the pressure receiving platen and on a diagonal line of the second platen and configured to cause the first and second platens to approach or depart from each other.

An apparatus and method are provided for forming a pouch case with improved forming quality and minimized surface contact between the forming apparatus and the pouch case in the forming process to form a pouch cup. The apparatus includes a mold on which a pouch case with a plate shape can be placed, wherein the mold bulges upwards, a chamber open at bottom to the pouch case and the mold, the chamber having an inner space in which the mold can be received by lift-up of the mold or lift-down of the chamber, wherein the chamber is seated on an edge portion of the pouch case, and the chamber is equipped with a fluid input valve at top and a fluid output valve at bottom, and a fluid supply unit configured to supply a fluid via the fluid input valve to carry out pressure forming of the pouch case.

A forceful mold opening mechanism that opens molds at an initial stage of mold opening is provided across a movable platen and the mold clamping mechanism. The forceful mold opening mechanism is set so as to have greater axial force and shorter stroke than those of a mold opening and closing mechanism. A control unit controls opening and closing of the half nut, controls the forceful mold opening mechanism, and also controls the position of the half nut in such a way that the half nut is synchronized with the circumferential groove by the forceful mold opening mechanism.
