Method for Producing Pneumatic Tires, Tire Mold, and Pneumatic Tires
In manufacturing a pneumatic tire, a replaceable member having a smooth flat surface is attached to a mold body of a tire mold configured to vulcanize an unvulcanized tire into a predetermined shape by contact with the unvulcanized tire. A mold inner surface that forms the shape of a tire side surface portion includes a curved surface of the mold body and the flat surface surrounded by the curved surface. A vulcanized tire is produced by vulcanizing the unvulcanized tire by bringing the unvulcanized tire into contact with the mold inner surface. A two-dimensional code is engraved in a planar surface region of the vulcanized tire, which corresponds to the flat surface. In the two-dimensional code, a dot pattern is formed by two types of gray scale elements that are formed identifiable from each other by surface unevenness.
Dating system for molds
The dating system for molds comprises a marking element (1) that engraves a determined date; wherein said marking element (1) comprises interchangeable inserts (2) indicating said determined date, said determined date being defined by letters and/or numbers, forming a line. It permits to obtain the advantages of: the reading of the information is much clearer than the traditional date stamps; it requires a minimum space, which allows to adapt it to practically any mold; and it is much more dynamic than traditional daters, as it can provide date information in multiple formats, such as day and month, or week and year number, or combinations thereof.

ROLL TYPE IMPRINT MASTER MOLD, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND IMPRINT METHOD USING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a roll type imprint master mold including disposing a base layer on a substrate including a first area and a second area adjacent to the first area, disposing an inorganic insulation layer on the base layer, forming a first mask pattern and a first resin pattern in the first area, forming a pattern layer by etching the inorganic insulation layer using the first resin and the first mask patterns as a mask, removing the first resin and the first mask patterns, forming a second mask pattern and a second resin pattern in the second area, forming a pattern layer by etching the inorganic insulation layer using the second resin and the second mask patterns as a mask, removing the second resin and the second mask patterns, separating the base layer from the substrate, and attaching the base layer onto a roll body.
Device for marking a moulded or cast form
A method and apparatus for real-time in-mould marking of a moulded or cast form with an identifier in which a configurable marking module (1) with phase change actuators (23) in the form of a multi-layered printed circuit board assembly (1) with a vertical element (33) having a marker (21) is installed in a mould (2), (35), the marker (21) being remotely configurable by a controller to create a unique identifier which is applied to the form in the mould.
System and method for embossing the wire side of a molded fiber article
A system and method for constructing a molded fiber article capable of having detailed indicia embossed thereon is provided. A molded fiber article having a smooth surface with detailed indicia is also provided. The system includes using a wire mesh structure coupled with an embossing plate such that the embossing plate imparts a smooth surface with indicia onto the molded fiber article during formation. The smooth surface if the embossing plate allows for greater detail than that of the textured surface created by the wire mesh structure. The system may also include a forming die that generally conforms to the wire mesh structure to facilitate formation of the molded fiber article. The wire mesh structure may include a recessed area for housing the embossing plate, which may be attached to the wire mesh structure using fasteners and a backing plate.
Method and apparatus for producing a 2D barcode encoded part by molding being identifiable using a smartphone
A method for producing a part by molding with an embedded 2D barcode defined in the surface of the part and the embedded 2D barcode subsequently being readable using a light source and a camera, the method including providing a mold with an array of individual areas of optical anisotropic surface structures, where at least a number of the individual optical anisotropic structures forms a two-dimensional barcode or data matrix; making a replica of the mold, the replica including the array having the property that the directional reflection coefficient of the individual areas of optical anisotropic surface structures is depending on the illumination angle and detection angle in a way that is not rotational symmetric around the axis normal to the surface of the replica, the array being readable by illumination and detection of reflection intensity of the illumination source under a non-normal angle to the surface of the replica.
Method and device for manufacturing sheet having fine shape transferred thereon
A method for manufacturing a sheet having a fine shape transferred thereon, in which a sheet base made of a thermoplastic resin is placed between an imprint mold and an intermediate base and the sheet base is then pressed by a pair of pressing plates to imprint the fine shape of surface irregularity of the imprint mold to the sheet-like base. The sheet base is pressed such that, when pressing force of the pressing plates is maximum, an imprinting pressure difference is present in an imprinting surface of the imprint mold, a maximum imprinting pressure section is present in the imprinting surface, and a portion where the imprinting pressure is minimum is not present in the imprinting surface. The method achieves uniform and highly accurate shape transfer without trapping of air.
In-mold detachable marking device
The present invention provides an in-mold detachable marking device which does not lock rotation of an index body even when the index body is repeatedly rotated to switch marking indications. An in-mold detachable marking device comprises a substantially cylindrical outer shell body for indication fit into a molding mold, an index body fit into the outer shell body for indication and configured to be angularly displaceable around the axis line of the outer shell body for indication, a cover body screwed at the lowermost part of the outer shell body for indication, and a spring which biases the index body with the downward force, said outer shell body for indication and said index body having a marking indication part formed on their surfaces, wherein the index body comprises an index part facing inner surface of the mold, a positioning part extending downward from the index part, and a shaft extending downward from the positioning part, the shaft having a threaded part in its lower part, the spring has an engaging part which engages with the index part, and a fixed part which is fixed to the cover body, pitch of the spring of the engaging part and pitch of the threaded part are equal, and the engaging part and the threaded part engage each other.
Dating system for molds
The dating system for molds comprises at least one date stamp (12) connected to a knob (4) through a connection cable (1), wherein the date stamp (12) comprises an engraving formed only by numbers and/or letters and a position indicator. Furthermore, said knob (4) is mounted on a control block (2) comprising a reading engraving (3) located around said knob (4), in correspondence with the engraving of said date stamp (12). This makes it possible to manufacture date stamps with the information, without relief, since the simple contrast of the areas of the date stamp polished with high gloss and the nuanced numbers or letters, offer a visual contrast that allows clearly identifying the information that the date stamp must transmit.
