Demolding method and mold structure for extrusion molding
A mold structure for extrusion molding contains: a first mold assembly, a second mold assembly, a mold plate, a first guide plate set, a second guide plate set, a first support plate set, and a second support plate set. The first mold assembly includes a punch head and a cylinder connector. The second mold assembly includes a receiving chamber configured to accommodate the punch head. The mold plate includes a discharge orifice and a contact face. The first guide plate set and a second guide plate set are fixed on the mold plate and are configured to lock with the second mold assembly. The first support plate set and the second support plate set are mounted on the mold plate, and tops of the first support plate set and the second support plate set are locked with the first guide plate set and the second guide plate set.
WINDING MANDREL IN A WINDING APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A LINER HOSE FOR LINING CHANNELS AND PIPES
A winding mandrel (1) in a winding apparatus for producing a liner hose (2) for the lining of channels and pipelines, which comprises an inner film hose (4) and a layer arranged thereon made of at least one fibrous strip (6) wound in an overlapping manner, which is impregnated with a liquid reaction resin, with a base body (8), on which at least two guide mechanisms (10, 12) are accommodated, each comprising a continually circulating belt (14, 16), by means of which the inner film hose (4) is moved in a feed direction (A), is characterized in that the first guide mechanism (10) is coupled by fixed mounting to the base body (8), and in that the circulating belt (16) of the second guide mechanism (12) can be moved in a plane extending perpendicularly to the feed direction (A) and is forced away from the upper side of the base body (8) by means of pressing means (18; 118) with a preferably substantially constant force.
PROCESS FOR MAKING A MULTI-COMPONENT PLASTIC HOUSING
A process for making a multi-component hollow housing comprises injecting a first plastic material into a first mold cavity and causing it to solidify to form a first component, whereby the first plastic material shrinks lengthwise; injecting a second plastic material into a second mold cavity having the first component transferred thereto and causing the second plastic component to solidify to form a second component, the second component comprising a tolerance-elimination element that is longitudinally attached to the first component at one of the ends thereof, wherein a length of the shrunk first component is at least ten times greater than a length of the tolerance-elimination element, and wherein an absolute lengthwise shrinkage of the second plastic material forming the tolerance-elimination element is at least ten times smaller than the lengthwise shrinkage of the first plastic material; at least partially overmolding an intermediate part comprising the first and second component with a third plastic material in a third mold cavity, thereby forming the multi-component housing in which the tolerance-elimination element is at least partially overmolded by the third plastic material, and wherein the third plastic material forms at least a portion of an outer surface of the multi-component housing; and removing the multi-component housing from the core.

Demolding device
A demolding device that removes a thin-walled part from a mold, the thin-walled part being tubular and having a partially open wall, the demolding device including: contour units that are located in a circumferential direction of the thin-walled part and each of which includes a contact structure that contacts an outer surface of the thin-walled part and moves in a thin-walled surface outward direction extending away from the outer surface of the thin-walled part; and a puller that engages with edges of the partially open wall of the thin-walled part and that applies a load to the thin-walled part, the load including a force component acting in the circumferential direction of the thin-walled part. In response to application of the load from the puller to the thin-walled part, each of the contour units moves the contact structure to keep the contact structure in contact with the thin-walled part.
