Implement wing caster wheel for transport
An agricultural implement has a hitch frame, a center frame pivotally attached rearward of the hitch frame about a hitch pivot axis. Wing frames are pivotally attached to ends of the center frame and a center actuator is pivots the center and wing frames from a rearward extending operating position to an upward extending transport position. Caster wheels are pivotally mounted on front sides of the wing frames about caster and transport axes. In the operating position, the caster axes are oriented vertically and the transport axes are oriented horizontally, and in the initial transport position, the caster axes are oriented horizontally, perpendicular to the hitch pivot, the transport axes are oriented vertically, and caster wheel actuators pivot the caster wheels 90 degrees about the transport axes to align the caster axes with the hitch pivot axis. The caster wheels support the wing frames in both operating and transport positions.
Toolbar system for an agricultural implement
An agricultural implement includes a toolbar system having a toolbar frame, an elevator assembly, and a first wing on one side of the toolbar frame. The first wing may be coupled to the elevator and pivotable about a first vertical axis of rotation between an extended and a folded position. Tools may be coupled to the first wing and rotatable relative to a longitudinal axis of the first wing from an operating position below the first wing to a transport/shipping position above the first wing. Further, the first wing may be adapted to be moveable to position the first wing higher than a wheel of the agricultural implement on the same side of the toolbar frame in the folded position. Subsequently, the tools may be circularly rotated and the middle wing and tools pushed down to reduce the overall width and height of the implement for transporting or shipping.
Cultivator
A cultivator for cultivating a field can have a frame with a tow assembly so that the cultivator can be towed by a tractor. A cultivating assembly can be provided pivotally attached to the rear of the frame. The cultivating assembly can have a plurality of discs that engage and penetrate the soil beneath the cultivating assembly. The cultivating assembly can have a center section pivotally connected at the to the rear end of the frame, a first wing section pivotally connected to one side of the center section, a second wing pivotally connected the other side of center section where all the sections have discs connected to them. A pair of ground wheels can be provided connected to the center section so that the ground wheels are positioned in front of the cultivating assembly when it is being used to cultivate a field.
MAGNETIC MARKER ARM RETENTION
An implement for an agricultural vehicle including a toolbar and a pair of marking devices pivotally connected to the toolbar. Each marking device includes at least one arm configured for pivoting between a stored position and an operational position, and a retention device supported by the toolbar and configured for providing a magnetic retention force which magnetically retains the at least one arm in the stored position.
Agricultural tillage implement wheel control
An agricultural tillage implement includes a main section including a hitch extending in a travel direction, a plurality of foldable wing sections coupled with the main section, a plurality of ground engaging tilling elements, a plurality of wheel assemblies and a control system. The tilling elements are coupled to the main section and wing sections. Each of the wheel assemblies include an actuator. The wheel assemblies include a first plurality of wheel assemblies associated with the main section and a second plurality of wheel assemblies associated with the plurality of wing sections. The actuators of the first plurality of wheel assemblies being independent of the actuators of the second plurality of wheel assemblies. The control system is configured to actuate the actuators to effect a profile minimizing operation of the foldable wing sections when the implement is being transitioned into a transport mode.
MIDDLE BREAKER FOR A TILLAGE IMPLEMENT
A tillage implement having a frame member extending in a fore-aft direction of the implement, the frame member pivotally connected in a foldable configuration, the frame member comprising a main frame section; a first wing section and a second wing section, each being pivotally connected at opposing lateral sides of the main frame section in the fore-aft direction; and a middle breaker including a first disc coupled to the main frame section, the first disc laterally offset from a centerline of the middle breaker extending in the fore-aft direction, the first disc having a concave side facing towards the centerline, and a second disc coupled to the main frame section, laterally offset from the centerline of the middle breaker, the second disc having a concave side facing towards the centerline.
HAYMAKING MACHINE WITH CONTROLLED PROJECTION WIDTH
An agricultural machine for processing cut plants to be moved in a progression's direction, the machine includes a chassis fitted with a hitching device enabling it to be hitched to the tractor vehicle, multiple rotors equipped with raking teeth that can be driven in rotation around substantially vertical driving axes distributed on either side of a median plane passing through the chassis. Each outer rotor and the penultimate rotor adjacent to it, driven in opposite rotational directions, form a module of which a longitudinal plane contains the driving axis of the outer rotor and the driving axis of the penultimate rotor, and, in work configuration, the longitudinal plane of a first module forms, together with the median plane, an acute work angle that is open to the rear, and the longitudinal plane of a second module forms an acute work angle with the median plane open to the rear.
Rotating toolbar with double rod cylinder
In one embodiment, an implement comprising a center section and a pair of wing sections, each of the sections comprising a pair of parallel frame members pivotably coupled to each other, wherein one of the frame members comprises a toolbar; and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders enabling rotational movement between the parallel frame members, wherein the hydraulic cylinders of the wing sections comprise double rod cylinders and the hydraulic cylinders of the center section comprises single rod cylinders.
Rotating toolbar with double rod cylinder

FURROW OPENER LINKAGE AND TRANSPORT ORIENTATION
A seeding apparatus includes an implement frame and front and rear frame members are pivotally mounted to the implement and furrow openers mounted to each. In an operating position the front and rear furrow openers are engaged in the ground and separated by an operating distance, and can be raised to an idle position where the furrow openers are above the ground and the front and rear furrow openers are separated by an idle distance that is greater than the operating distance. The implement frame has an inner wing pivotally attached to a center frame, and an outer wing pivotally attached to the inner wing. The inner wing section pivots upward and the outer wing section pivots downward supported by a transport wheel. When in the transport position the inner and outer wing sections extend upward from the center frame section and the transport wheel is above the ground.
