A method for manufacturing an enclosure part using through-plane temperature control may include inserting into a mold a sheet of carbon fiber and a piece of non-woven carbon fiber, heat pressing the sheet of carbon fiber with the piece of non-woven carbon fiber, and cooling a first portion of the mold including the sheet of carbon fiber and the piece of non-woven carbon fiber more quickly than a second portion of the mold including the sheet of carbon fiber, and removing the enclosure part from the mold.

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a thermoplastic synthetic resin product, including preparing a mold having a cavity formed in a predetermined shape; filling the cavity of the mold with a thermoplastic synthetic resin material in an amount greater than the volume of the cavity of the mold; heating the mold under pressure; releasing the pressure when the thermoplastic synthetic resin material charged in the cavity of the mold is melted by heating, and opening the mold; removing, of the melted thermoplastic synthetic resin material in the opened mold, the material other than the material charged in the cavity of the mold; placing either a fabric or a hot melt on the mold having the cavity filled with the thermoplastic synthetic resin material; and cooling the mold under pressure, thus integrating either the fabric or the hot melt with the thermoplastic synthetic resin material in contact with either the fabric or the hot melt.

The second edge portion may be fused with the first edge portion of the first sheet. When the first sheet and the second sheet are fused onto both sides of the inner filler, any air remaining between the first and second sheets and the inner filler may be discharged through the air outlets of the inner filler.

A method and apparatus for manufacturing a formed article of a composite material. The formed article is manufactured by heating and pressurizing a thermoplastic resin material and fabric material. The method includes a preforming process in which the material to be formed is put in a preforming mold with a release sheet arranged between the material and a part of the preforming mold. The material is heated and pressurized to impregnate the thermoplastic resin material into the fabric material, thus forming an impregnated intermediate material. Then, in a transport process the impregnated intermediate material in a heated state is taken out from the preforming mold with the release sheet left attached thereto, and transported. Finally there is a forming process in which the impregnated intermediate material is accommodated in the forming mold and the impregnated intermediate material is formed into the formed article of the composite material by pressurizing.
