Coding Spherical Video Data
A method is described of forming a bitstream by an encoder apparatus comprising: a processor of the encoder apparatus receiving a projected video frame including one or more pixel regions, the one or more pixel regions representing pixels of spherical video data projected onto one or more 2D projection surfaces of a projection model, the projection model being adapted to project spherical video data onto a rectangular 2D surface of a video frame; the processor generating a plurality of different candidate video frames on the basis of the received projected video frame, each candidate video frame being formed by applying at least one operation to one or more groups of pixels in one or more pixel regions of the projected video frame, wherein said at least operation includes a shift, mirror and/or rotation operation; and, wherein said operation is different for each of said plurality of different candidate video frames; the processor applying a rate distortion analysis to each of the candidate video frames to determine a rate distortion cost for each of the candidate video frames; and, the processor selecting a candidate video frame from said plurality of candidate video frames on the basis of the rate distortion cost; and, generating an output bitstream on the basis of the selected candidate video frame.

METHOD FOR PREPARING CHEMICAL DIGESTER AND ITS USE FOR THE TREATMENT OF ORGANIC MATTER
This invention refers to a method for preparing a chemical digester characterized by using organic and inorganic elements used for multiple purposes such as an accelerator in the decomposition of organic matter, as a water flocculant, as an organic soil fertilizer and as a means to eliminate the concentration of flies and other inserts in organic matter to decompose. The method comprises heating water in a reactor at a temperature of 38 C., adding a polysaccharide, an anti-thickener and an antifoam. The method then comprises the addition of two organic acids, one of them previously mixed in a second reactor and, finally, an inorganic acid until the mixture is homogenized. Optionally the method comprises the packaging of the mixture and the treatment of organic matter.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF CULTIVATION POLLUTION IN SCALABLE PIG FARM
A system for comprehensive treatment of cultivation pollution in a scalable pig farm includes a source separation pigsty, a pigsty flushing water treatment system, a solid-liquid separation system, a solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system, a liquid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system, an odor and flue gas treatment system, a boiler system and a test and control system. The source separation pigsty is designed into a pigsty that separates feces and urine from rainwater, pigsty flushing water and residual drinking water. The sludge pump pumps the feces and urine to the solid-liquid separation device. Solids separated by the solid-liquid separation device are conveyed to the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system, and liquid separated by the solid-liquid separation device is conveyed to the liquid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system. The boiler system includes a boiler, a circulating pump, a hot water pipeline and a water return pipeline.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COMPOUNDING FERTILIZER FROM MANURE WITHOUT NUTRIENT EMISSION
To produce fertilizer, a system and method concentrates manure slurry in a mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (MVR) having a heat exchanger. The MVR receives the manure slurry within a first side to evaporate ammonia laden-water vapor from the slurry, leaving a nutrient concentrate. A compressor raises the evaporated ammonia-laden water vapor to a higher energy state. Within a second side of the heat exchanger, the compressed water vapor conveys heat to the slurry. Ammonia-laden water condenses in the second side at a process temperature to be conveyed to an ammonia stripping tower where the ammonia-laden water is dispersed into ammonia-laden water droplets. In the tower, a flow of air is directed across a surface of the ammonia-laden water droplets, the process temperature having been selected to promote the escape of ammonia gas from the ammonia-laden water droplets, the flow of air provided to entrain ammonia gas in the flow.
Animal husbandry nutrient and odor management system
A method and system to significantly reduce odor emissions caused by ammonia and other noxious gasses and reduce nitrogen levels in animal husbandry wastewater effectively and efficiently by the use of flush water that has been biochemically conditioned to lower the pH thus reducing the level of un-ionized compounds including NH.sub.3 which can volatilize into the atmosphere and which method and system can also be used to remove ammonia and nitrogen from the wastewater system. The present disclosure includes the use of flush water that has been biochemically conditioned to lower its pH thus sequestering non-ionized ammonia from being released from a liquid as ammonia gas. This disclosure relates to the new use of nitrification for biochemical conditioning of wastewater for use as flush water to reduce atmospheric ammonia emissions.
