REGISTER BOX ADAPTABLE TO DUCTWORK OF AN HVAC SYSTEM
A register box for an HVAC installation has a body with a plurality of side panels arranged in a generally rectangular or square configuration and a wall extending in generally transverse relation to the plurality of side panels, and an expandable polymeric material affixed to an inner side of the side panels and across the wall. The wall has a plurality of concentric circular areas cut into the wall. Each of the concentric areas is formed of a first partial circle having ends in spaced relation to a second partial circle. The circular area can be removed from the wall so as to allow a user to cut through the polymeric material at the wall so as to form a hole opening to an interior of the register box. This hole can receive a collar therein. The collar can be connected to the HVAC system.
LOCATING COLLAR FOR INSULATED REGISTER BOX
A process for forming an insulated register box includes forming an insulation across the interior surface of a register box, placing a locating collar onto an outer surface of the register box, marking the outer surface of the register box so as to present a representation corresponding to an inner diameter of the collar, separating a portion of the outer surface of the register box from a remainder of the register box corresponding to the marked representation, penetrating the exposed insulation with the collar until an end of the collar opens to an interior of the insulated register box, and positioning the flange against the outer surface of the register box.

Shipping Container with Vacuum Insulated Panels Molded in Polyurethane
Disclosed is a thermal insulating shipping container with a five-sided box wherein a bottom and four sides all have an inner layer of corrugated polymer, a middle layer of shrink-wrapped panels with each panel being a vacuum panel, and an outer layer of corrugated polymer. The container is formed by inserting polyurethane liquid into the gaps and spaces between the shrink-wrapped panels and the inner and outer layers and foaming the polyurethane liquid and allowing it to harden. Weather stripping may be adhered to the edges of the container which are opposite to the bottom of the container.
Carrier with localized fibrous insert and methods
A structural reinforcement for an article including a carrier that includes: (i) a mass of polymeric material having an outer surface; and (is) at least one consolidated fibrous insert having an outer surface and including at least one elongated fiber arrangement having a plurality of ordered fibers arranged in a predetermined manner. The fibrous insert is envisioned to adjoin the mass of the polymeric material in a predetermined location for carrying a predetermined load that is subjected upon the predetermined location (thereby effectively providing localized reinforcement to that predetermined location). The fibrous insert and the mass of polymeric material are of compatible materials, structures or both, for allowing the fibrous insert to be at least partially joined to the mass of the polymeric material. Disposed upon at least a portion of the carrier will be a mass of activatable material.
Clothing treating apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a clothing treating apparatus comprising: an outer case which includes a first opening formed at the front side thereof; an inner case which is provided inside the outer case and has a space formed therein to receive clothes; an inner case bottom surface which forms the bottom of the inner case; a first penetrating part which extends through the inner case bottom surface; and a first machinery room forming surface which forms a machinery room disposed under the inner case and separated from the inner case, and provides a holding surface that protrudes to enable a steam nozzle to be installed thereon.

Method for Filling a Multi-Chamber Profile with Foam, Body and Motor Vehicle
A method for filling a multi-chamber profile with foam includes providing the multi-chamber profile, which is a closed hollow chamber profile with at least two chambers, where an inner wall is disposed between two chambers of the at least two chambers which are arranged directly on each other, where the inner wall separates the two chambers from each other, and where a first one of the two chambers has a foam inlet. The method further includes forming an opening in the inner wall where the opening connects the two chambers and introducing a flowable foam material via the foam inlet into the first one of the two chambers such that the foam material is distributed within the first one of the two chambers and is introduced via the opening into a second one of the two chambers.
Self pressurizing bladder tooling
A method of fabricating a composite structure includes laying at least one composite ply about a bladder, the bladder comprising a phase change material in a first phase having a first volume, positioning an outer mold about the bladder and the at least one composite ply, and curing the at least one composite ply to form the composite structure. Curing causes the phase change material contained within the bladder to change to a second phase to expand from the first volume to a second volume and apply a pressure to an interior surface of the composite ply and press an outer surface of the composite ply against the outer mold to form an interior cavity. The bladder is not removable from the formed interior cavity.
FOAMING MATERIAL, AND THERMAL INSULATION CABINET AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
Disclosed are a foaming material, a thermal insulation cabinet, and preparation methods therefor. The foaming material comprises 100 parts of a combined polyol, 10-30 parts of a foaming agent composition, and 120-150 parts of an isocyanate. In the present invention, the type of the polyol used in a foaming system is adjusted in order to increase the content of a polyester polyol and reduce the content of a polyether polyol, such that the compressive strength of the foaming material is significantly improved without increasing or changing the injection amount.
