Manufacturing method of insert molded article
The present invention is intended to provide a manufacturing method of an insert molded article that makes it possible to manufacture efficiently the insert molded article including a metallic insert, an inside member made of a synthetic resin and covering a portion of the insert, and an outside member made of a synthetic resin different from the material of the inside member and covering a portion of the inside member using general molding machines, not a dedicated two-color molding machine. General molding machines are used to manufacture the insert molded article formed by injection molding of a resin part in twice. An insert core 7 is used in common in primary molding using a primary molding die C1 and in a secondary molding using a secondary molding die. A round shaft 7C of the insert core 7 is fitted into an internal hole 2C of an insert 2 to form a coupled body 10 in which the insert 2 and the insert core 7 are coupled together. The coupled body 10 is used in common at the primary molding step and the secondary molding step.

The structure may provide a border formed on a periphery and/or an edge of the fiber panel. The structure may be on the cover or the fiber panel. The structure may reinforce a gap and/or tear in the fiber panel. The structure may comprise a molded feature. The feature may comprise the border, a rib, or a connector. The cover may be coupled to an outer surface of the fiber panel and/or the structure. The trim component may be a trim panel, an instrument panel, a door panel, or other interior trim part.
Lacrosse head pocket and related method of manufacture
A lacrosse head pocket and a related method of manufacture are provided to facilitate consistent, repeatable and/or custom manufacture of lacrosse equipment. The pocket can be constructed from multiple different sections joined with one another, or can be knitted, weaved or otherwise assembled on an automated assembly machine from strands, and/or can be formed as a unitary textile material having regions/sections with different physical and/or mechanical properties. The pocket can be integrally molded within portions of a lacrosse head to eliminate manually constructed connections between the pocket and lacrosse head. The lacrosse head can be integrally molded with a lacrosse handle to provide a one-piece unitary lacrosse stick. Related methods of manufacturing also are provided.
INTERDENTAL CLEANING TOOL
Provided is an interdental cleaning tool which has a simple configuration and can effectively prevent an occurrence of breakage of a core base portion when inserting the interdental cleaning tool into an interdental space or during interdental cleaning without reducing productivity of the interdental cleaning tool, and provided is a method for manufacturing the interdental cleaning tool. An interdental cleaning tool (1) includes: a base portion (10) made of a synthetic resin; and a soft portion (20) made of an elastomer, the base portion (10) having a handle base portion (11) and a core base portion (12), the soft portion (20) having at least a cleaning soft portion (21) that covers the core base portion (12), in which a handle portion (3) as a grip is constituted by the handle base portion (11), and a cleaning portion (2) for interdental cleaning is constituted by the core base portion (12) and the cleaning soft portion (21), wherein two or more cleaning portion recesses (14) which penetrate the cleaning soft portion (21) and form core base portion recesses having a maximum depth d of 0.01 mm or more and 0.085 mm or less in the core base portion (12) are formed in each of a first side portion and a second side portion of the cleaning portion (2) at intervals in an axial direction of the cleaning portion (2).
Production method for a resin molding
A production method for a resin molding (1) inserted a 1st plate (10) having many through holes (10a) and a 2nd plate (11) having many through holes (11a), which are arranged in parallel and facing each other during a manufacturing process, comprising a 1st plate process and a 2nd plate process.
The 1st plate process in which, the 1st plate (10) moves to the 2nd plate (11) side from a 1st plate start position (U0) and returns a 1st plate end position (P3) near the 1st plate start position (U0) in a cavity filled with a molten resin (4) kept to a high pressure.
The 2nd plate process in which, the 2nd plate (11) moves to the 1st plate (10) side from a 2nd plate start position (V0) and returns a 2nd plate end position (P4) near the 2nd plate start position in the cavity.
This makes it possible to spread the molten resin (4) to even a shielded area with a reciprocal plate motion. That is, the molten resin (4) is able to pass through holes (10a, 11a) back and forth with the reciprocal plate motion and reach the shielded area finally.
Therefore, the molten resin (4) spread through the surface of the 1st plate (10) and the 2nd plate (11), and a resin wettability of these plates are improved. And as a result, the resin molding (1) strength against a distortion is improved.
Membrane module mold
A membrane module and method of making are provided, including a mold therefor. Exemplarily, the module, which comprises a membrane around which is formed a frame, is adapted for use with an electrochemical apparatus. The membrane comprises a fabric made from a synthetic fiber such as nylon, where the nylon is woven into ripstop nylon fabric. The frame, which comprises, exemplarily, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene, includes a wedge-shaped portion to facilitate collection of evolved gases and which provides support to the membrane as well as support to internal electrodes. The mold is adapted to suspend and secure the membrane during formation of the module and to provide a module which secures the membrane within the frame after formation of the module.
