Method of manufacturing resin pipe
Two molded articles having a cylindrical two-piece split shape is formed by forming two primary cavities in a desired shape with molds assembled together and injecting a molten primary resin into the two primary cavities. An assist material is injected into a secondary cavity into which a molten secondary resin is injected in a state where the two molded articles are located opposed to each other via a space therebetween and internally fitted into one secondary cavity formed by the molds that are assembled together by shifting the positions. A flange portion having any desired shape is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of a resin pipe in a two-layer structure in which an inner surface layer formed of the cured secondary resin is integrated with an outer surface layer formed of the two molded articles. Thus, a portion having any desired shape is easily manufactured on the resin pipe.
INLINE MIXER DEVICE, METHODS OF MIXING, AND METHODS OF MAKING AN INLINE MIXER DEVICE
An inline mixer device includes a flexible tube and a mixer portion. The mixer portion is internal to and integral with the tube. The mixer portion and tube may be comprised of the same flexible material. Methods of forming the inline mixer device are provided. Methods of mixing fluid with the inline mixer device are provided.
WATER INLET SOLENOID VALVE CAPABLE OF IMPROVING ELECTROMAGNETIC ATTRACTION AND IMPLEMENTING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention discloses a stator assembly with water-isolating sleeve applied to solenoid valve for water and implementation method thereof, the implementation method comprising: forming a coil assembly with a cavity by installing an element including an insert on a coil rack wound with a coil winding; forming a stator assembly by installing an upper magnetic conductive inner sleeve and a lower magnetic conductive inner sleeve at both sides in a holein the coil rack of the coil assembly, and fixing the yoke connecting the upper magnetic conductive inner sleeve and the lower magnetic conductive inner sleeve outside the coil assembly; injecting plastic on the stator assembly to form the stator assembly with water-isolating sleeve.
OUTLET FOR A STATIC MIXER
An outlet for a static mixer includes a cannula, a housing accommodating part of the cannula within a passage extending through the housing in an axial direction. The cannula is attached to the housing via a joining member permanently fixed to an outer surface of the cannula, with the joining member being arranged within a recess of the housing, and with the joining member being formed from a material different to the material of the cannula and from the material of the housing.

Thus, a portion having any desired shape is easily manufactured on the resin pipe.
Method of coating a field joint
A method of coating a field joint, pipe sections for forming a coated field joint, and a coated field joint formed thereby. First and second angular cut backs are provided in the parent coating of each pipe section. The first angular cut back is at an angle of about 30°±5° relative to the longitudinal axis of the field joint, and the second angular cut back is positioned further from the field joint than the first angular cut back. The first and second angular cut backs result in the parent coating having a stepped profile, a step in the stepped profile between the first and second angular cut backs, the is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the field joint and is free of indentations. The field joint coating is injection moulded to have an upstand that is less than or equal to about 5 mm.
Molded golf flagstick and method for making
A golf flagstick device comprising a rigid support member combined with a plurality of jacks. The components are encapsulated by a material, such as a thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer, using an injection molding process. The jacks have one or more arms extending outward from a center portion. The arms are adapted to contact the inner wall of the mold's cavity to help hold the rigid support member in one place and away from the inner wall during the molding process. The flagstick includes a ferrule attached to a lower end which is adapted for placement into a putting cup and a tip fitting attached to an upper end which is adapted to be combined with a flag. The ferrule and/or tip fitting may be combined with the rigid support member before the injection molding process resulting in the ferrule and/or tip fitting being at least partially filled with and/or encapsulated by the material to help hold the components together without requiring a secondary attachment operation.
MEDICAL LEADS WITH SEGMENTED ELECTRODES AND METHODS OF FABRICATION THEREOF
In one embodiment, a method for fabricating a neurostimulation stimulation lead comprises: providing a plurality of ring components and hypotubes in a mold; placing an annular frame with multiple lumens over distal ends of the plurality of hypotubes to position a portion of each hypotube within a respective lumen of the annular frame; molding the plurality of ring components and the hypotubes to form a stimulation tip component for the stimulation lead, wherein the molding fills interstitial spaces between the plurality of ring components and hypotubes with insulative material; and forming segmented electrodes from the ring components after performing the molding.
Dual durometer soft/flexible enhanced bond strength guiding tip
A catheter having a distal tip comprising two sections of different hardness, and a method of making the same, is herein disclosed. The first section of the two sections is distal to the second section of the two sections and the second section is comprised of a material that is harder than the material of the first section. Additionally, the distal tip is bonded to a catheter shaft and the material of the catheter shaft is harder than the material of the first and second sections. The material of the catheter shaft, first section, and second section can comprise polyether block amide, with each section and the catheter shaft having different properties.
CONDUIT FOR A LIQUID DISPENSER, METHOD OF PRODUCING IT AND USE THEREOF
A conduit for a liquid dispenser which includes a tube for carrying liquid and a heating device for heating at least a section of the tube. The heating device includes a part for fixing the heating device to the tube. The part is a part injection-moulded over the tube along at least a section of a length of the tube. A method of producing the conduit and a use thereof.
