A synthetic resin rolling bearing retainer is to be arranged between an inner ring and an outer ring of a rolling bearing. A plurality of guided portions protruding radially outward from an outer diameter surface of the retainer is provided along a circumferential direction of the outer diameter surface. Each of the guided portions has a guide surface protruding to be in sliding contact with the outer ring, a chamfered portion formed at an edge portion of the guide surface, and a groove portion formed at a portion of the guide surface in an axial direction. The guide surface and the chamfered portion have surface properties where an arithmetic average roughness Ra is 1.0 to 9.8 m and a maximum height Rt is 10.1 to 102.9 m. A parting line is provided radially inside the guide surface.

Method and device for demolding annular elastomer moldings from a mold core

The invention relates to a method and a device for demolding annular elastomeric molded parts from a mold core of an injection mold which has an inner mold core (1) and outer mold jaws and in which the molded parts (9) are produced parallel to one another in annular mold cavities (5) of the mold core (1). According to the invention, after removal of the outer mold jaws, the mold core (1), which contains the produced elastomeric molded parts (9) on the surface thereof, is set at such a high rotational speed about the longitudinal axis thereof that the internal diameter of the elastomeric molded parts (9) is increased because of centrifugal force to such an extent that the molded parts (9) are released from the mold cavities (5) and can be removed from the mold core (1) in the axial direction (10) while they are still rotating.

Method for manufacturing bearing cage

A resin reservoir capable of storing the melted resin is provided in the pillar radially facing the pillar provided with the resin injection gate having a cross-sectional area larger than those of the other resin injection gates among a plurality of the pillars not provided with the resin injection gate or the pillar in the vicinity of the pillar facing the pillar provided with the resin injection gate having a cross-sectional area larger than those of the other resin injection gates among the plurality of the pillars not provided with the resin injection gate. A cross-sectional area of a communicating portion of the resin reservoir which communicates with the pillar is smaller than the smallest of cross-sectional areas of a plurality of the resin injection gates.

BLOWER

A blower which uses a rotation prevention member in which a rotating shaft with circular cross section is press-fitted is disclosed. The blower includes a scroll housing, a resin-made stator which is press-fitted on a rotating shaft with circular cross section, and a centrifugal fan which has a boss inserted on the stator, a cone extending from the boss, and blades extending from the cone, in which the stator and boss are a tubular members. A stator engagement part is formed in a stator outer circumferential face. The stator has a first weld face which extends substantially perpendicular to an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and second and third weld faces which are arranged to extend in the axial direction. A boss engagement part is formed in an inner circumferential face of a boss through hole and engages with the stator.

The present inventive concept relates to a method of manufacturing a pipe packing inserted into a housing having a hollow body shape to prevent fluid flowing inside a pipe from leaking to the outside, the method including: manufacturing the pipe packing by injecting molten rubber into a mold assembly having an outer mold and an inner mold, wherein the pipe packing is configured as a hollow body and comprises an outer circumferential part located outside of the pipe relative thereto, opposite surfaces provided in directions toward a middle of the pipe packing at opposite ends of the outer circumferential part, and an inner circumferential part provided toward a center portion of the opposite surfaces therefrom, wherein the inner circumferential part has a gap provided therein to be divided into opposite inner circumferential parts.

Insert sintered part and manufacturing method for same

By using a forming die having a fixed die and a movable die moving along a parting surface on the fixed die and by moving the movable die along the parting surface, to press and hold a sintered part between the movable die and the fixed die, to form a cavity around the sintered part except parts which abut on the fixed die and the movable die by the forming die, and to fill the cavity with melted material which becomes an exterior part, so that the sintered part and the exterior part are integrated by insert molding.

The resin injection gate is disposed at the pillar part. When the bearing cage is divided into first and second regions by an imaginary line connecting the resin injection gate and a weld to be formed at a position radially facing the resin injection gate, a resin reservoir that can store therein the melted resin is formed at the pillar part in only one of the regions. A circumferential distance between the resin reservoir and the weld is smaller than a circumferential distance between the resin reservoir and the resin injection gate. A cross-sectional area of a communicating part of the resin reservoir, which is configured to communicate with the pillar part, is equal to or less than a quarter of a cross-sectional area of the resin injection gate.
