INTERDENTAL CLEANING TOOL
Provided is an interdental cleaning tool which has a simple configuration and can effectively prevent an occurrence of breakage of a core base portion when inserting the interdental cleaning tool into an interdental space or during interdental cleaning without reducing the productivity of the interdental cleaning tool, and provided is a method for manufacturing the interdental cleaning tool. A plurality of cleaning portion recesses (14) which penetrate a cleaning soft portion (21) and form recesses (14a) in a core base portion (12) are formed on each of a first side portion and a second side portion of a cleaning portion (2) at an interval in an axial direction of a cleaning soft portion (21), and at least one of the plurality of cleaning portion recesses (14) is formed so that an opening of the core base portion recess formed in the core base portion has a shape elongated in the axial direction of the cleaning portion.
Radar sensor with absorber and a method for installing the absorber
A radar sensor for emitting and/or receiving wave-shaped electromagnetic signals, having at least one housing and at least one absorber. The absorber is disposed inside the housing and a surface of the absorber has raised rib-like sections which are disposed adjacently to one another on the surface of the absorber. The absorber is an injection molded component.
Branched Spike Bird Deterrent
A bird deterrent has a base and at least one branched spike extending from the base. The branching can occur anywhere along the spike, and a single branch point can give rise to multiple branches. Spikes can have multiple branches. The various branches can be of any suitable length(s), and can be oriented in any suitable direction(s).
Method for producing a clamping member of a hair clip, the clamping member, and a hair clip including two clamping members
A method for producing a clamping member of a hair clip includes filling a plastic material into a cavity defined by a fixed mold and a movable mold, forming a clamping member. The plastic material in rectilinear passages and grooves in the movable mold form teeth on a clamping portion of the clamping member. Then, the movable mold disengages from the fixed mold with the clamping member remaining on the movable mold. Next, the clamping member is moved away from the movable mold by a distance. The plastic material in each groove becomes an elongated section. Before the plastic material completely cures, the clamping member completely disengages from the movable mold. The elongated section of each tooth bends downwards due to gravitational force and completely cures to form a hooked section. The remaining portion of each tooth forms a rectilinear section interconnected between the hooked section and the clamping portion.
Branched spike bird deterrent

Spikes can have multiple branches. The various branches can be of any suitable length(s), and can be oriented in any suitable direction(s).
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN INTERDENTAL CLEANING TOOL AND THE INTERDENTAL CLEANING TOOL
To provide a method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool that can prevent deformation of a core base at molding of a cleaning flexible part using an elastomer material, thereby effectively preventing occurrence of molding failure of the cleaning flexible part.
The method in the present invention includes: a base part molding step of providing first metal molds 30 and 31 for molding base parts with a plurality of first molding spaces 32 aligned in parallel and including core base molding sections 32a and handle base molding sections 32b, providing the first metal molds 30 and 31 with connection part molding sections 35 to communicate with the adjacent handle base molding sections 32b, and supplying a synthetic resin material with a fiber material at a time to the plurality of first molding spaces 32 from gates 34 to form a plurality of base parts at a time; and a flexible part molding step of setting the core bases of the base parts into second metal molds, holding the core bases at two or more longitudinal portions by a plurality of pairs of hold pins in the second metal molds, each pair including two pins, and charging an elastomer material into the cleaning flexible part molding spaces.

COSMETIC APPLICATOR
A cosmetic applicator for applying a composition, the cosmetic applicator includes a molded applicator head. The applicator head comprises a molded support, at least two application elements made of a cosmetic product and wherein free ends or a portion of the at least two application elements protrudes above a level of the molded support. The support is produced by a first injection of a first material and the cosmetic product is loaded onto the support by a second injection for forming the at least two application elements. The applicator head may be used for applying cosmetic, makeup, or personal care composition to keratin materials chosen from the skin, the lips and the eyelashes, or hair of the human. The cosmetic or care product includes viscous cosmetics, powder cosmetics such as for mascara, lip stick, hair color, skin care and like products.
