METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING MICRONEEDLE HAVING COATING PART ON TIP THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a microneedle containing a coating part on a needle tip and an apparatus used for the method. When a microneedle is manufactured using the coating method and apparatus according to the present disclosure, a coating part in which a target material is impregnated can be easily inserted into skin and effective dissolution is possible. Further, the target material is allowed to show excellent skin permeability with the dissolution of the coating part of the microneedle manufactured according to the present disclosure, thereby a quantitative amount of target material can be effectively delivered into the skin.

An injection mold includes two mold halves, each of the mold halves including a mold cavity coupled with a plastic material inlet to make a plastic part within the mold cavity, a solid metal material housing the mold cavity, a conformal cooling channel positioned around the solid metal material, a plurality of mesh-containing cavities containing metallic mesh material and positioned around the solid metal material, wherein the metallic mesh material of any of the plurality of mesh-containing cavities is of a constant size.

One example includes an injection-molded component comprising a surface surrounded by peripheral edges and which is formed via an injection-molding process. The surface includes a three-dimensional surface feature to render the surface as being non-planar across at least a portion of the surface. The surface also includes a plurality of holographic micro-features formed across the surface and being to interact with ambient light to provide a holographic image corresponding to an authentication mark associated with the injection-molded component.
MICRONEEDLE CHIP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
A microneedle chip and manufacturing method. The method comprises injecting, into a female mold, a fluid needle liquid, wherein forming cavities matching the shapes of needles of a microneedle chip are provided at the female mold and form a cavity array, injection inlets are provided at a surface of one side of the female mold, and air ejection openings are provided at a surface of another side of the female mold to form an air ejection surface; covering the air ejection surface of the female mold using a breathable film, and during injection, passing a gas through the breathable film so as to retain the liquid inside the forming cavities; curing the fluid needle liquid to form the microneedle chip, and demolding to obtain the same. By employing the air ejection openings and the breathable film, a liquid is retained while ejecting a gas, providing a favorable micro-injection effect.

A plastic molded product includes a plastic body provided with a plurality of holes, which are recessed in a common depth direction, on a surface of the plastic body. The holes include: an inner surface including an inlet a specific reference plane perpendicular to the depth direction and including at least a portion of the inlet and a depth reference point, which is spaced away from a center point on an inlet side of the specific reference plane toward a bottom side of the hole, the depth reference point being spaced away by a distance equal to of a maximum value of an inlet side bore diameter on the specific reference plane. A deepmost portion of the inner surface of the hole is in a position which coincides with the reference point or is deeper than the reference point toward the bottom side.
Anti-fatigue mats and methods for making the same
The present disclosure discloses an anti-fatigue mat and methods for making the same. The method for making an anti-fatigue mat includes providing a leather comprising a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, forming a color layer on the first surface, cutting the leather, putting the cut leather into a mold, injecting an elastomeric material into the mold, curing the elastomeric material to form an elastic layer on the second surface and a plurality of concave structures corresponding to the plurality of protruding structures on the first surface, and polishing the first surface to remove the color layer without caving towards the second surface. The anti-fatigue mat can have anti-fatigue performance and vivid stereoscopic impression, where being simple to fabricate with low costs and can be industrialized.
IRIDESCENT BADGES FOR VEHICLES
An iridescent vehicle badge (and methods for making it) that includes a translucent, polymeric badge having a non-planar shape and comprising an interior and an exterior surface. Further, at least one of the surfaces of the badge comprises a plurality of diffraction gratings that are integral with the badge, each having a thickness from 250 nm to 1000 nm and a varying period from 50 nm to 5 microns. In some cases, the thickness can range from 500 nm to 750 nm. The period, in some cases, can vary within a set of discrete values in one or more portions of the at least one of the surfaces of the badge, e.g., from 150 nm to 400 nm.

A resin product including an antireflection surface includes a plurality of first concave portions, a plurality of second concave portions, and a component surface. The first concave portions have opening widths equal to or larger than 1 m and equal to or smaller than 300 m. The second concave portions are formed on each of the plurality of first concave portions and have opening widths equal to or larger than 10 nm and equal to or smaller than 1 m. The component surface is configured to surround each of the plurality of first concave portions.
Injection mold
To provide an injection mold capable of filling a necessary resin material for obtaining a desired molded article in a cavity space of a fine mesh structure, there is provided an injection mold according to an embodiment of the present invention composed of a core mold and a cavity mold, in which a cavity space is formed when the core and cavity molds are in a contact with each other, the cavity space surrounding a plurality of contact areas between the core and cavity molds. In the injection mold according to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the core and cavity molds has a through-hole which has an opening in a parting plane of the core and cavity molds and extends from the opening to an outside of the injection mold, the parting plane corresponding to the contact areas between the core and cavity molds.
