Injection moulding method for the production of moulded parts, moulded part produced by means of injection moulding and also injection mould
The present invention relates to a method for the production of injection-moulded, reinforced moulded parts, the fibre orientation of which is specifically adjusted on a local basis. Via suitable, dynamically controlled supplementary heating in the wall of the injection mould which is used (variotherm heatable channel), a local cavity region is hereby heated at the time of injection to a temperature in the region of or above the solidification temperature (in any case above the crystallisation temperature in the case of partially crystalline plastic materials or above the glass transition temperature in the case of amorphous plastic materials) of the polymer (plastic material moulding compound).
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A method of manufacturing an electronic device includes a step of housing an electronic component in a metal mold, then filling the metal mold with a molding material, wherein the metal mold includes a cavity having a rectangular planar shape and housing the electronic component, and a dummy cavity communicated with a side surface having the smallest gap with the electronic component out of four side surfaces included in the cavity, and in the step of filling the metal mold with the molding material, the molding material inflows into the cavity, and the molding material in the cavity inflows into the dummy cavity.
MOULDING METHOD AND APPARATUS
This invention relates to a mould tool and method for forming a polypropylene PCR plate comprising a channel, a main body and an overflow area; wherein the channel is configured to facilitate the introduction of molten plastics material into the main body and wherein the main body is configured to facilitate the flow of the said molten plastics into the overflow area once the main body of the mould tool has been filled with the said molten plastics.
RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE
An object of the present invention is to provide a technique by which, when producing a resin molded article using an insert member having low pressure resistance, molding can be easily performed, and deformation of the insert member can be suppressed. A method for producing a resin molded article of the present invention, the method includes the steps of disposing an insert member in a cavity of a mold; performing injection of molten resin into the cavity; terminating the injection on and after the molten resin reaches an overflow portion in the cavity and before the molten resin fills the overflow portion; and separating resin in the overflow portion.
MOLD, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A MOLDED PART
A mold, system and method for manufacturing a part includes injection molding a substrate in a single injection mold and optionally trimming the panel substrate. The substrate can have a first configuration or a second, different configuration. Trimming of the substrate can occur when the substrate has the first configuration to define an aperture in the substrate.
INJECTION MOLD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INJECTION-MOLDED PARTS
An injection mold for manufacturing injection-molded parts by injecting injection molding material into a cavity having a contour corresponding to the injection-molded part to be manufactured. The injection mold includes a distribution channel for injection molding material which is connectable to an injection nozzle and is in communicative connection with the cavity. The distribution channel includes a compensating volume region having a volume, determined by the type and number of cavities connected to the distribution channel, for accommodating injection molding material during the injection molding process.
Method for manufacturing bearing cage
A resin reservoir capable of storing the melted resin is provided in the pillar radially facing the pillar provided with the resin injection gate having a cross-sectional area larger than those of the other resin injection gates among a plurality of the pillars not provided with the resin injection gate or the pillar in the vicinity of the pillar facing the pillar provided with the resin injection gate having a cross-sectional area larger than those of the other resin injection gates among the plurality of the pillars not provided with the resin injection gate. A cross-sectional area of a communicating portion of the resin reservoir which communicates with the pillar is smaller than the smallest of cross-sectional areas of a plurality of the resin injection gates.
WHEEL COMPONENT, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING, AND TOOL DEVICE
A wheel component, method, and tool device for a bicycle, including a plurality of integrally interconnected component parts, which form a spoked rim, wherein the rim and spokes are manufactured of a fibrous composite material by an injection molding process with fluid injection, wherein the liquefied fibrous composite material is injected into a cavity of a tool device, and a fluid is injected into the partially liquid fibrous composite material within the cavity to form at least one hollow space within the component part. A further component part forming a spoke, is manufactured by an injection molding process, wherein a mold core device for forming a hollow space within the spoke is disposed within a further cavity of the tool device. The fibrous composite material is injected into the further cavity. The mold core device is retracted from the fibrous composite material to form a cavity in the spoke.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A STRAP FOR A WEARABLE DEVICE
A method of manufacturing a wearable device comprising a printed circuit board (PCB) on which is mounted electronic components, the method includes providing a mould attaching the PCB to a cage, the cage comprising a cage body and at least one hole, inserting said PCB into the mould; arresting the PCB relative to the mould by inserting an insert tool into the mould and attaching the insert tool to said at least one hole, injecting a wet applied structural component into said mould and removing said mould.
RUBBER INJECTION MOLD
Rubber injection molds are provided. A rubber injection mold includes a binary form-stripping mold, a trinary form-stripping mold, and a quadruple form-stripping mold. The binary form-stripping mold can include an upper mold and a bottom mold movably connected to each other via a guide post. The trinary form-stripping mold can include an upper mold, a bottom mold, and a middle plate positioned between the upper mold and the bottom mold. The upper mold and the bottom mold movably connected to each other via a guide post welded to the bottom mold. The quadruple form-stripping mold can include an upper mold, a bottom mold, a middle plate, and a middle frame. A guide post is welded to the bottom mold. Side rails can be respectively arranged at two ends of the upper mold and the bottom mold. Upper mold handles are fixedly mounted in the side rails of the upper mold.
