MOLDED PRODUCT TAKE-OUT APPARATUS
A molded product take-out apparatus includes: a controller independent of a molding machine; a take-out robot for releases a molded product from a mold in the molding machine by a command from the controller; a temperature controller regulates the temperature of the mold; a material dryer dries material to be supplied to the molding machine; and a material conveyor supplies the dried material to the molding machine. The controller is network-connected to the take-out robot and the temperature controller and the material dryer and the material conveyor. The controller is configured to control a release operation of the take-out robot to differentiate a release place between when judging that a detection data to be within an allowable range and another case.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
Provided is an injection molding system that makes it possible to maintain convenience while improving safety. The injection molding system comprises an injection molding machine, a peripheral device used in combination with the injection molding machine, and an operation device that is for operating the injection molding machine and the peripheral device and that can be separated from the injection molding machine and the peripheral device and moved. The operation device includes a first operation part for operating the injection molding machine 2, a second operation part for operating the peripheral device, an operation-permitting part that permits operation of the injection molding machine by the first operation part or operation of the peripheral device by the second operation part, and an operation control unit for controlling operation of the injection molding machine and the peripheral device by the first operation part, the second operation part, and the operation-permitting part.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
Provided is an injection molding system that makes it possible to maintain convenience while improving safety. The injection molding system comprises an injection molding machine, a peripheral device used in combination with the injection molding machine, and an operation device that is for operating the injection molding machine and the peripheral device and that can be separated from the injection molding machine and the peripheral device and moved. The operation device includes a first operation part for operating the injection molding machine 2, a second operation part for operating the peripheral device, an operation-permitting part that permits operation of the injection molding machine by the first operation part or operation of the peripheral device by the second operation part, and an operation control unit for controlling operation of the injection molding machine and the peripheral device by the first operation part, the second operation part, and the operation-permitting part.
Molding apparatus
An in-mold shutter (140) for embedding in an injection mold (100, 200, 300) is described herein. The in-mold shutter (140, 240, 340, 440, 540) includes a shutter actuator (148, 548) that is configured to selectively engage a first mold shoe (130) of the injection mold (100, 200, 300) with a platen of a mold clamping assembly (996) to hold the first mold shoe (130) in an extended position (E), along a mold-stroke axis (X), during a step of molding a first molded article (102A) in the injection mold (100, 200, 300). Also described herein is a molded article transfer device (150, 250) for use with the injection mold (100, 200, 300). The molded article transfer device (150, 250) includes a shuttle (154) that is slidably arranged, in use, within the injection mold (100, 200, 300). The shuttle (154) defines a first aperture (156A), at least in part, that alternately accommodates: (i) a first mold stack (106A, 206A, 306A) arranged therein; and (ii) a first molded article (102A) received therein with opening of the first mold stack (106A, 206A, 306A).
Injection mold of a plastic preform
An injection mold of a plastic preform includes first, second and third parts, the third part having a molding cavity defining an axis and adapted to be fixed to a first surface of a mold frame; the second part between the first and third parts slides along the axis to close or open the cavity. The first part includes a rod that slides along the axis through a second surface of the frame. The second part includes: a guiding cage through which the longitudinal rod can slide; a structure; and parallel guiding rods extending to the structure; an assembly sliding inside the cage; and a punch sliding inside the structure and defining a first complementary component of the cavity;
wherein the structure defines, together with the punch, a cam system for opening or closing two half-collars which define, when closed, a second complementary component of the cavity.
Injection mold of a plastic preform
An injection mold of a plastic preform includes first, second and third parts, the third part having a molding cavity defining an axis and adapted to be fixed to a first surface of a mold frame; the second part between the first and third parts slides along the axis to close or open the cavity. The first part includes a rod that slides along the axis through a second surface of the frame. The second part includes: a guiding cage through which the longitudinal rod can slide; a structure; and parallel guiding rods extending to the structure; an assembly sliding inside the cage; and a punch sliding inside the structure and defining a first complementary component of the cavity;
wherein the structure defines, together with the punch, a cam system for opening or closing two half-collars which define, when closed, a second complementary component of the cavity.
Moving apparatus for an injection molding machine
A moving apparatus is disclosed that may be for moving a tool of an injection molding machine. It may comprise a beam having at least a part that extends generally longitudinally in a first direction. The beam may be configured such that the tool can be moved relative to the beam in said first direction. The apparatus may also comprise an actuator for moving the at least a part of the beam in a second direction. Also disclosed is a method of moving a tool. The method may comprise: (a) moving a tool along a beam that generally extends in a first direction; and (b) moving at least a part of the beam in a second direction. The first directions may be orthogonal to second directions.
Moving apparatus for an injection molding machine
A moving apparatus is disclosed that may be for moving a tool of an injection molding machine. It may comprise a beam having at least a part that extends generally longitudinally in a first direction. The beam may be configured such that the tool can be moved relative to the beam in said first direction. The apparatus may also comprise an actuator for moving the at least a part of the beam in a second direction. Also disclosed is a method of moving a tool. In an injection molding system, a rack on which a peripheral device can be mounted includes a fixing unit for removably fixing to a machine stool of an injection molding machine and a moving unit for making the rack movable alone. Accordingly, maintenance of the injection molding machine can be performed satisfactorily and positioning work is also made easier so that the rack can be transported easily.
