A single core pin assembly (10) having a first core pin (12) and at least one second core pin (14), the first core pin (12) having a first end (16), a second end (18) and a first core pin body (20). The first core pin body (20) connects the first end (16) and the second end (18). The second core pin (14) has a first end (24), a second end (26), and a second core pin body (28) connecting the second core pin first end (24) and the second core pin second end (26). The second core pin first end (24) is configured to join with the first core pin first end (16) to form a common downstream channel (30). The core pin (10) may be placed in a mold and surrounded by a flowable material (e.g. plastic) to form a work piece.

An undercut processing mechanism includes: a molding core for forming an undercut portion; an inclined pin slidable in a first direction inclined relative to a die opening direction of a molding die during the removal of a molded product from the die; and a guide rail for guiding the movement of the inclined pin. The inclined pin has a slide block movable in contact with the guide rail. The guide rail is so formed as to contact the slide block over the entire stroke of the inclined pin so that the first direction of movement of the inclined pin may be regulated, and is also so formed as to have a shape of a high bending rigidity in a particular direction of the slide block.

Tamper evident closure and method of making same
A one piece molded tamper evident push-on closure suitable for closing an opening of a bottle, and method for manufacture thereof. The closure includes a cap portion, a latch ring portion and a frangible connector connecting the cap portion and the latch ring portion. The closure includes a plurality of resiliently deformable teeth extending inwardly from the latch ring portion and towards the cap portion for engaging the latch ring portion onto the neck of the bottle. The closure includes a manually engageable tab projecting from the latch ring portion to permit application of a manual force to rupture the frangible connector and permit the cap portion to be at least partially disconnected from the latch ring portion.

A one piece molded tamper evident push-on closure suitable for closing an opening of a bottle, and method for manufacture thereof. The closure includes a cap portion, a latch ring portion and a frangible connector connecting the cap portion and the latch ring portion.
