Production device and production method for resin containers
A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container including an injection molding part configured to injection-mold a preform, and a temperature adjustment part configured to adjust a temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part. The manufacturing apparatus is configured to blow-mold the preform whose temperature has been adjusted in the temperature adjustment part. The injection molding part includes an injection core mold and an injection cavity mold, and both the injection core mold and the injection cavity mold include a flow path connected to a chiller in which coolant is configured to flow to cool the preform such that the preform is inserted into the temperature adjustment part in a state where an outer surface temperature of the preform is higher than a glass transition temperature of a material constituting the preform by 30? C. or higher and 60? C. or lower.

An assembly for a braking system for a vehicle, in particular utility vehicle is provided. The assembly is adapted for holding and fixing at least a first component and a second component, and the assembly includes a base element and a first clamping feature, arranged so that at least one edge area of said first component and/or said second component is clamped by said first clamping feature. To improve the fixation and clamping of the internal components, said assembly also includes at least a rivet-shaped second clamping feature. The base element, the first clamping feature, and the rivet-shape second clamping feature may be integrally formed via injection molding around and/or through the first and second component.
Method of making an item and item
A mold is provided. First and second materials are introduced into respective first and second portions of the mold to create a first and second parts of the item. The first and second parts of the item are allowed to solidify. The mold is opened and a heating element is inserted into the mold. A section of each of the first and second parts of the item is heated to above their glass transition temperatures with the heating element. The heating element is removed from the mold. The mold is closed such that the sections of the first and second parts of the item come into contact with each other. The sections of the first and second parts are cooled to below their glass transition temperatures to become joined. The mold is opened such that the item can be removed from the mold.
OVERMOLDING DEVICE OF COSMETIC VESSEL
Disclosed is an overmolding device of a cosmetic vessel including a cosmetic vessel made of glass, a cooling means for cooling the inside of the cosmetic vessel, and left and right outer molds and overmolding an outer shape of the cosmetic vessel with the cosmetic vessel and the cooling means interposed therebetween. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent breakage of the vessel due to a molding temperature by cooling the inside of the cosmetic vessel by the cooling means at the time of overmolding of the cosmetic vessel such as a perfume bottle.
Post-mold cooling injection molded articles
An injection molding machine includes a base; a pair of platens supported by the base, the platens supporting respective mold halves to form a mold; and a part-handling apparatus for holding and treating articles from the mold, the part handling apparatus separate from the mold. The part handling apparatus includes a take-out plate including at least one set of first cooling receivers for receiving and retaining a first set of molded articles from the mold, the first cooling receivers conductively transferring a first amount of thermal energy away from the first molded articles; and a supplemental cooling plate comprising at least one set of second cooling receivers for receiving and retaining the first set of articles; and the second cooling receivers conductively transferring a second amount of thermal energy away from the first molded articles.
Method and device for the production of an injection-moulded part
A method for the production of an injection-molded part including casting an injection-molding material at least two injection-molding stations by at least two injection-molding processes. A pre-molded part, produced in one of the at least two injection-molding processes, is cooled in a cooling station between the at least two injection-molding processes.

MIXTURE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN AND WEIGHT BODY MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a mixture of synthetic resin and weight body material added to increase the weight of the mixture is disclosed. The method includes a first step of introducing synthetic resin and weight body material into the mixer, a second step of mixing the synthetic resin and the weight body material in the mixer, a third step of discharging a fixed amount of the mixture of synthetic resin and weight body material, mixed in the mixer, a fourth step of melting the synthetic resin discharged from the mixer, a fifth step of molding the molten synthetic resin and the weight body material into a finished product using the injector, in which the mold is mounted, and a sixth step of cooling the finished product. The method is configured to perform injection molding using environmentally friendly materials and regenerated energy resources, whereby production time is reduced compared to a conventional mortar injection and extrusion type injection method while improving productivity. In addition, the manufacturing process is simplified, thereby reducing labor costs. Furthermore, the defect rate is reduced, thereby improving quality. Moreover, poorly processed materials are pulverized for reuse, thereby reducing waste treatment costs and the consumption of raw materials and thus improving price competitiveness.
DISINFECTANT CAPS
A cleaning device for LADs, and other such threaded devices, comprising a cap and a cleaning agent. The cap comprises a casing having an opening to an interior cavity. A threaded coupling mechanism is located on the inner surface of the casing proximate the opening. The coupling mechanism has retention features that provide localized pressure points on the threads of the LAD to accommodate thread variance and reduce the chance of premature disengagement.
COOLING PLATE ASSEMBLY FOR AN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A cooling plate for an injection molding machine includes a plate body, a plurality of sockets in the plate body for receiving respective spigot portions of a plurality of cooling tubes, and a cooling fluid conduit system in the plate body for cooling the cooling tubes. The cooling plate further includes an air conduit system in the plate body for providing air flow communication with the cooling tubes. Each socket forms a blockable flow passage between the cooling fluid conduit system and the air conduit system.
