MICRO MOULDING MACHINE AND PROCESS
A micro moulding machine and process for forming small plastic parts for the medical device industry. The machine adds heat in two steps to a precision sized plastic pellet and then displaces the entire pellet volume into the mould cavity. A substantial amount of heat is added to the pellet by forcing it through an orifice very near the gate of the mould. The pneumatic pressure to drive the pellet through the orifice is controlled to regulate the amount of heat introduced into the pellet.
PLASTICIZING CYLINDER OF A PLASTIC EXTRUDER OR AN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A barrel of a plastics extruder or a plasticizing cylinder of an injection-molding machine includes the barrel or cylinder having a wall, at least one spiral recess formed in the wall, and at least one heating element arranged in one spiral recess. The barrel or cylinder has at least one cooling element arranged in another spiral recess and the spiral recesses extend parallel to one another along the surface of the barrel or cylinder. Also, the cooling element is formed as a tube and the tube is or can have a liquid cooling medium flowing therethrough.
PLASTICIZING CYLINDER OF A PLASTIC EXTRUDER OR AN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A barrel of a plastics extruder or a plasticizing cylinder of an injection-molding machine includes the barrel or cylinder having a wall, at least one spiral recess formed in the wall, and at least one heating element arranged in one spiral recess. The barrel or cylinder has at least one cooling element arranged in another spiral recess and the spiral recesses extend parallel to one another along the surface of the barrel or cylinder. INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine where a shaping mold is installed; a material supply device supplying a material to the injection molding machine; a temperature controller controlling a temperature of the shaping mold; a dryer drying a material stored in the material supply device; a controller controlling the injection molding machine; and a casing. The injection molding machine, the material supply device, the temperature controller, the dryer, and the controller are provided inside the casing. The casing has a caster and is configured to be movable.

CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A control device for an injection molding machine that performs a metering of a resin while the resin is being melted inside a cylinder, includes a pressure acquisition unit that acquires a pressure of the resin, a reverse rotation control unit that causes a screw to be rotated in reverse so as to reduce the pressure of the resin, after the screw has been moved rearward to a predetermined metering position, a judgment unit that judges whether or not the pressure of the resin has reached a predetermined rearward movement initiation pressure, after the reverse rotation of the screw is started, and a rearward movement control unit which causes the screw to be moved rearward, in the case it is judged that the pressure of the resin has reached the rearward movement initiation pressure.
CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A control device for an injection molding machine that performs a metering of a resin while the resin is being melted inside a cylinder, includes a pressure acquisition unit that acquires a pressure of the resin, a reverse rotation control unit that causes a screw to be rotated in reverse so as to reduce the pressure of the resin, after the screw has been moved rearward to a predetermined metering position, a judgment unit that judges whether or not the pressure of the resin has reached a predetermined rearward movement initiation pressure, after the reverse rotation of the screw is started, and a rearward movement control unit which causes the screw to be moved rearward, in the case it is judged that the pressure of the resin has reached the rearward movement initiation pressure.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED OBJECT
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine configured to inject a molten material into a mold to mold a molded object; a tray moving unit configured to move a plurality of trays in a work area including a placement position; and a robot configured to place the molded object on a tray moved to the placement position among the plurality of trays. The tray moving unit moves a tray after placement, which is a tray on which the molded object is placed by the robot, from the placement position to a position different from the placement position in the work area, and moves a tray before the placement, which is a tray on which the molded object is not yet placed by the robot, from a position different from the placement position in the work area to the placement position.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED OBJECT
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine configured to inject a molten material into a mold to mold a molded object; a tray moving unit configured to move a plurality of trays in a work area including a placement position; and a robot configured to place the molded object on a tray moved to the placement position among the plurality of trays. The tray moving unit moves a tray after placement, which is a tray on which the molded object is placed by the robot, from the placement position to a position different from the placement position in the work area, and moves a tray before the placement, which is a tray on which the molded object is not yet placed by the robot, from a position different from the placement position in the work area to the placement position.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED OBJECT
An injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine; an inspection device including a first placement unit, a second placement unit, an inspection unit, and a moving unit configured to change a relative position between the first placement unit and the inspection unit and a relative position between the second placement unit and the inspection unit; a third placement unit; a robot configured to convey the molded object; and a control device. The control device controls the injection molding machine, the robot, and the inspection device so as to mold a first molded object during a first molding period, inspect the first molded object placed on the first placement unit during a first inspection period, convey the first molded object after inspection from the first placement unit to the third placement unit during a first conveyance period, mold a second molded object during a second molding period, inspect the second molded object placed on the second placement unit during a second inspection period, convey the second molded object after inspection from the second placement unit to the third placement unit during a second conveyance period, and overlap the first inspection period and the second molding period and overlap the second inspection period and the first conveyance period.
