The solid phase rate calculation processing section obtains an estimated solid phase rate of the reinforcing fiber-containing molten resin at the time of completion of metering by calculation processing based on the solid phase rate calculation expression data. The fiber state calculation processing section obtains an estimated breakage rate of the reinforcing fibers at the time of completion of metering.

MOLDING MACHINE

A die casting machine includes a plurality of ejector pins capable of advancing and retracting together with respect to the internal portion of a die; an electric motor capable of driving the plurality of ejector pins; a position sensor capable of detecting the positions of the plurality of ejector pins; a force sensor capable of detecting the pressure which is given to the molding material inside the die by the plurality of ejector pins; a display device capable of displaying images, and a control device controlling the electric motor and display device. The control device includes a drive control part which controls the electric motor so as to generate a driving force making the plurality of ejector pins advance to the inside of the die after the start of injection and before die opening, and a display control part which controls the display device so as to display the position detected by a position sensor and the pressure detected by a force sensor along a common time axis.

DETERMINING PROCESS PARAMETER VALUES IN AN INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS

The invention describes a method of determining a number of process parameter values within an injection mould (1F) during an injection moulding process, which method comprises the steps of determining geometric data of the injection mould (1F) and/or of a form part (1, 1, 1) to be manufactured, determining a virtual part-specific pressure curve (p.sub.S) of an injection moulding process, determining a part-specific event pattern (M.sub.S) on the basis of the virtual part-specific pressure curve (p.sub.S), carrying out an injection moulding process using the injection mould (1F) and determining a measured pressure curve (p.sub.m) during the injection moulding process and determining a measurement event pattern (M.sub.m) on the basis of the measured pressure curve (p.sub.m). Process parameter values are derived on the basis of the virtual event pattern and the measurement event pattern. The invention further describes a corresponding process parameter value determining apparatus and an injection mould arrangement.

An operating unit includes a touch-sensitive display screen for displaying an operating program, a control or regulating unit for communicating operating signals to injection molding machine elements, and the operating program is stored in the control or regulating unit, and at least one operating button, upon the actuation of which the control or regulating unit triggers an action of an injection molding machine element. The operating program has a hierarchical system architecture with at least one upper installation-specific level and an upper task-specific level. A selection can be made between different installation regions in the installation-specific central level, between different task regions in the task-specific central level, and a plurality of sublevels. Process-relevant program pages associated only with the selected installation region or only with the selected task region can be displayed in each selected sublevel.
