HOT RUNNER PROCESS CONTROLLER
A hot runner process controller configured to monitor the status and operation of a hot runner system to autonomously generate information to improve the quality of injection molding process of a hot runner system having an inlet nozzle, one or more manifolds and one or more nozzles with actuator or without actuator, and one or more heating elements, the hot runner process controller is self-operating, and independent from the injection molding machine, includes: one or more sensors located on, in or at the hot runner system to detect the status and/or the operation of the hot runner system, and a processing unit and a memory. The processing unit is connected to the one or more sensors, wherein the memory stores data and program codes. The processing unit is configured to load and execute the program code to compare sensor information with the stored data and to determine if the hot runner system is in an operable status, and in case the hot runner system is in an operable status, configured to generate status information to activate the one or more heating elements and/or the one or more actuators enabling a production operation of the injection molding machine. In case the hot runner system is not in an operable status, configured to generate status information to deactivate the one or more heating elements and/or close or deactivate the one or more actuators disabling a production operation of the injection molding machine.
Remote diagnostic system
In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. A control unit 9 includes: a main body memory 9c that stores the ON/OFF state of a state switch together with the status of an injection molding machine main body, the clamp status and time information; and a main body communication unit 9d which is capable of short-range wireless communication. A message diagnosing a failure is stored in a smartphone 12 for all combinations of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch for each of the following cases: whether in mold replacement mode or not; and whether a clamp device is in a clamped state or an unclamped state, or in a state other than the forgoing. The history of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch with respect to the status of the main body and the clamp status is read from the main body memory 9c by wireless communication, and a corresponding message is displayed.
Operation setting device and injection molding machine
An operation setting device includes a first step of inputting an operation sequence and an operation position of the ejector by touching a desired point in a graph displayed on the setting display screen, a second step of inputting operation parameters including an operation speed, an operation position, an operation time, and an operation pattern of the ejector on the basis of the operation position thus input, and a third step of displaying in the graph and numerically displaying in a numerical value display part of the setting display screen the operation position and the operation parameters thus input. The operation position and operation parameters for each operation set in the first step to the third step are displayed in the graph and numerically displayed in the numerical value display part.
MOLDING CONDITION SETTING DEVICE AND MOLDING CONDITION SETTING METHOD
A molding condition setting device acquires data showing a state of an injection molding machine, calculates a feature showing the state of the injection molding machine on a basis of the acquired data, and calculates a feature fluctuation rate obtained by normalizing the feature on a basis of a reference value selected from among the features according to a prescribed condition. Meanwhile, the molding condition setting device acquires information relating to a change of the value of the operation command item and stores history of the change, and generates and stores history information in which the calculated feature fluctuation rate and the information relating to the change of the value of the operation command item are associated with each other.
Injection Molding Machine Management System
An injection molding machine management system includes a display unit configured to display working time information as information obtained by collecting information on working data of a factory or a production line including an injection molding machine for a predetermined period. The display unit displays, as the working time information, two or more continuous pieces of information in a band shape with time length directions aligned among first information as information on a planned stop time of the injection molding machine, second information as information on a preparation time of the injection molding machine or information on an abnormal stop time of the injection molding machine, third information as time information on a performance loss of the injection molding machine, fourth information as time information on a defect loss of the injection molding machine, and fifth information as information on a value working time of the injection molding machine.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND OPERATOR SUPPORT METHOD
An injection molding machine includes a control device configured to output at least one set of operator support information. The operator support information includes a set of support target setting data and control target predicted amount of power. The support target setting data includes at least one piece of setting data configuring a molding condition. The control target predicted amount of power is a predicted amount of power consumption of a control target controlled in association with the support target setting data with respect to a change in the support target setting data.
