DEVICE AND METHOD FOR VISUALIZING OR ASSESSING A PROCESS STATE
A device for monitoring a production facility includes a computing unit, at least one sensor, a memory unit, and an output device. In the memory unit, in each of at least one process variable set, at least three possible process states are stored and at least one algorithm is stored by which the one of the different possible process states actually present can be calculated, the possible process states that differ in relation to the respective process variable set are classified according to whether measures are necessary or recommended, the commands by the computing unit prompt it to execute the associated algorithm and thus to calculate which of the different possible process states is actually present and to check whether the actually present process state is classified as such a process state, to generate and output an electronic message depending on the calculated process state.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR VISUALIZING OR EVALUATING A PROCESS STATE
A method for evaluating and/or visualizing a process state of a production system, which contains at least one cyclically operating shaping machine, includes: continuously or at discrete times, determining the value of a plurality of selected process variables, and comparing the current value of each selected process variable and or a variable derived therefrom with one or more reference values by means a computing unit, and determining a deviation or a rate of change. Each selected process variable is assigned to at least one logical group by the computing unit; at least two different logical groups are provided; and for each logical group, a state of the logical group is evaluated by the computing unit based on the process variables assigned to the logical group and/or is visualized by a display device.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND DISPLAY METHOD
A display device causes a display unit to display a first graph showing the temporal change of a feature value of a physical quantity measured in each molding cycle of an injection molding machine and a second graph showing the temporal change of events that occurred in the injection molding machine, with the time axes of the first graph and the second graph being defined in the same direction on the same scale, based on cycle information indicating the molding cycle in which the feature value was measured and occurrence period information indicating the occurrence time period of the events.

An injection molding system include: an injection molding machine; a plurality of peripheral devices; an identification code attached to the injection molding machine and each of the plurality of peripheral devices, and having identification information of the injection molding machine and each of the plurality of peripheral devices; a code reader that reads the identification code; and a management unit including a storage unit that stores a correct combination of the identification code of the injection molding machine and the plurality of peripheral devices, and a confirmation determination unit for confirming whether the correct combination stored in the storage unit matches the identification code read by the code reader.

The management system has an injection molding machine and a management unit for managing the injection molding machine, wherein the management unit includes: a plurality of physical quantity measurement units configured to be provided at a plurality of movable parts included in the injection molding machine; an ascertainment unit configured to calculate, based on a plurality of physical quantity data respectively measured by the plurality of physical quantity measurement units, a comparative relationship representing a relational state of the plurality of physical quantity data between the plurality of the movable parts, and to ascertain whether the comparative relationship deviates from a preset reference comparative relationship; and an alarm unit configured to issue an alarm when the ascertainment unit ascertains that the comparative relationship deviates from the reference comparative relationship.

An injection molding machine includes: a storage configured to store information showing relationships between a plurality of operation processes included in a molding process for the product and a plurality of molding controls related to the operation processes, and information showing relationships between the molding controls and a plurality of molding defects of the product; a display which is configured to display a plurality of the operation processes and the molding defects, and displays the molding controls related to a selected operation process selected from a plurality of the operation processes by an operator and a selected molding defect selected from a plurality of the molding defects by the operator as relevant molding controls; and a controller configured to extract the molding controls as the relevant molding controls, based on a table preset from a plurality of the operation processes and the molding defects.
