Molding apparatus and method of controlling same
There is disclosed a method (400) of ejecting a molded article (310, 312) from an injection mold (100). The method (400) comprises: during a second portion of the mold opening cycle of the injection mold (100), the second portion occurring later in time relative to a first portion of the mold opening cycle of the injection mold (100): controlling velocity of at least one of: (i) the moveable mold half (102, 502) relative to the stationary mold half (104, 504), (ii) the ejector (230) relative to the moveable mold half (102, 502); and (iii) an ejector actuator linked to the core insert (112, 114, 512, 514); and (iv) a stripper actuator that is linked to the stripper sleeve (116, 516); the controlling executed such that the molded article (310, 312, 506) is ejected from the molding component with a substantially zero departure-velocity along the first axis of operation.
Injection molding apparatus, method, and system
A mold apparatus for producing a molded article by injection molding includes (a) a base plate for mounting to a platen of an injection molding machine; and (b) a core plate movably coupled to the base plate and axially translatable relative to the base plate between a plate advanced position and a plate retracted position. A method of resetting the core plate includes energizing a mechanical actuator in a retraction direction to exert a retraction force against the core plate and axially translate the core plate relative to a base plate from the plate advanced (molded part ejection) position to a plate retracted (mold injection) position; and then, prior to applying clamping tonnage, relieving the retraction force to axially unload the mechanical actuator, wherein the actuator is isolated from axial force exerted across the mold during application of the clamping tonnage.

RESIN MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT
Provided is a resin molding apparatus that can reduce a variation in a thickness of a resin to be molded. A resin molding apparatus includes: a molding mold having one mold and the other mold; one mold wedge mechanism; and one mold cavity block driving mechanism. In a state that one mold cavity block is moved to a preset height position using the one mold cavity block driving mechanism and a position in a direction away from the other mold in the one mold cavity block having been moved to the height position is fixed to be limited using the one mold wedge mechanism, a resin is injected into one mold cavity, and thereafter resin molding can be performed by changing a depth of the one mold cavity using the one mold wedge mechanism and the one mold cavity block driving mechanism.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A control device for an injection molding machine includes: a pressure acquiring unit for acquiring resin pressure; an injection control unit for injecting resin into a mold; an ejector control unit for protruding an ejector pin before the resin pressure reaches a predetermined target pressure; and an insertion control unit for causing a supporting member and an attachment plate to support an ejector plate by inserting the supporting member into a gap before the resin pressure reached the predetermined target pressure.

INJECTION MOLDING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method of injection molding thick plastic parts, comprising molding a transitional part using by a first shot through the first or A-side of the mold, moving the transitional part and mold core away from the mold cavity to create a second shot space, and injecting a second shot which merges with the transitional part to create a final part.

Injection molding machine and the molding method thereof
A specific mold status Ac is caused in advance in which the interval of an inner portion Xi in the parting plane direction of a parting gap C between a fixed mold 2c and a movable mold 2m during the injection filling is larger than the interval of an outer edge portion Xo and the interval of the outer edge portion Xo is equal to or lower than a predetermined size Ls including 0. A molding injection pressure Pi is set as an injection pressure at which a non-defective product can be molded and a molding mold clamping force Pc is set as a mold clamping force by which a non-defective product can be molded. During the production, a mold 2 is clamped by a molding mold clamping force Pc and the clamped mold 2 is filled with the injected resin R by a molding injection pressure Pi. After a predetermined cooling time Tc has passed, a molded piece G is removed.
