The belt has a first hole at the first end and a second hole at the second end and the coupler comprises a first pin extending through the first hole and a second pin extending through the second hole when the belt ends are coupled by the coupler.
FEED CONVEYOR BELT AND COUPLER
A belt and coupler arrangement for a conveyor includes an elongate belt having an elongate web with a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end are thicker than the elongate web; and a coupler having a first elongate recess to receive and enclose the first end, and a second elongate recess to receive and enclose the second end. The belt has a first hole at the first end and a second hole at the second end and the coupler comprises a first pin extending through the first hole and a second pin extending through the second hole when the belt ends are coupled by the coupler.
High-efficiency and low-damage potato combine harvester
The present disclosure provides a high-efficiency and low-damage potato combine harvester, including a digging device, a conveyance and separation device, a separation and elevation reversing device, a potato collection box, and a control unit. The digging device is provided at a front end of the potato combine harvester. The conveyance and separation device is provided behind the digging device, and configured to perform preliminary conveyance and separation on a potato-soil-stem mixture dug by the digging device. The separation and elevation reversing device is provided at a side of the conveyance and separation device, and configured to separate the potato-soil-stem mixture from the conveyance and separation device and elevate potatoes to the potato collection box. The potato collection box is located at a tail end of the separation and elevation reversing device, and configured to load the potatoes and feed weight information of carried potatoes back to the control unit.
Folding rear cross system
A folding rear cross system for a harvesting device having a harvesting direction and a discharge includes first and second substantially linearly aligned reversible endless belt sections, positioned near the discharge and oriented transverse to the harvesting direction. Each belt section has an inboard end disposed in overlapping relationship with the inboard end of the other. A lifting device is attached to selectively lift and lower the first and second reversible endless belt sections to reverse the overlapping relationship.
The present disclosure can realize low-damage digging, high-efficiency conveyance, and high-performance potato-soil and potato-stem separation at a time, can effectively reduce a digging resistance in potato harvesting and prevent soil hilling and potato damaging phenomena, and improves conveyance and separation efficiencies for a potato-soil-stem mixture. The present disclosure makes the harvester more adaptable to different soil properties and potato varieties, allows an operator to better adjust working performance of the harvester, reduces a falling damage of potatoes due to a large falling height in box packaging, and meets requirements of high-efficiency combine harvesting of the potatoes. The present disclosure greatly improves an efficiency and performance in mechanized harvesting of the potatoes, lowers a harvesting cost of the potatoes, and improves harvesting quality of the potatoes.
Feed conveyor belt and coupler
A belt and coupler arrangement for a feederhouse feed conveyor of an agricultural harvester includes an elongate belt having an elongate web (154) with a first end (102) and a second end (104), wherein the first end (102) and the second end (104) are thicker than the elongate web; and a coupler (100) having a first elongate recess to receive and enclose the first end (102), and a second elongate recess to receive and enclose the second end (104).
Screening belt unit for a harvesting machine, and corresponding flap unit
A screening belt unit is provided for a harvesting machine or harvested material transportation device and for screening extraneous material out of a mixture of harvested material and extraneous material. A screening belt has at least two endless carriers, preferably in the form of carrier belts or chains, between which screening bars are arranged in a direction transversely to the conveying direction. The screening bars form a plurality of screening bar units that comprise in each case at least two screening bars. At least a part of the screening bars is fixed so as to be movable relative to the endless carriers. The screening belt unit has a positioning means arranged at least locally along the screening belt and acts on the movable screening bars and via which, in the screening zone S as seen in the screening direction, a spacing A in the conveying direction F of successive screening bars is defined. Furthermore, a flap unit, a screening belt and a harvesting machine or a harvested material transportation device are provided.
Cambelt, in particular a cambelt suitable for agricultural machinery
Cam belt, particularly for agricultural machinery, produced from a polymer provided with reinforcement inserts, has cams on the inner side of the cam belt that are used to drive cam belt. A first flank faces in the running direction of cam belt and a second flank faces in opposite direction. Cams are spaced apart from one another by gaps in a predefined division, and gaps are delimited by first flank and second flank of two adjoining cams and a base which connects two flanks. During operation of cam belt carrier of a cam wheel resting against second flank of one of adjoining cams and against the base of a gap engage with the gaps. On outer side of belt, functional elements are fixed by a fastener which from inner side of the belt passes through the cam belt and the functional elements via at least one through hole.
BAR TAPE
A rod belt for agricultural machines includes at least three belts, fasteners, and rods. The at least three belts are pull-resistant, elastic, and continuous, and run parallel to one another. The at least three belts each extend in a direction of movement. The fasteners are connected to the belts. The rods are arranged perpendicular to the direction of movement and are parallel to one another.
