The transport device (1) comprises a motor drive (5) having a drive shaft (15) that drives a support (17) with at least two gripping and/or support elements (4) for the respective plastic containers (2) or preforms to be transported in a rotary fashion, wherein the gripping and/or support elements (4) are mounted with a linear bearing (21) so as to be movable relative to the support, wherein the linear bearing has at least one rail, which is surrounded at least in sections by a cage (71), and that a plurality of rollers (72), in particular more than 50 rollers, which roll on the rail (73), is arranged in the cage (71).

A liquid blow molding apparatus for liquid blow molding a resin preform into a container having a prescribed shape. The apparatus includes a blow molding mold in which the preform is disposed; a blow nozzle that engages in an opening of the preform; a pressurized liquid supply that supplies a pressurized liquid to a supply path that is connected to the blow nozzle; and a seal member that is provided inside the supply path and opens and closes the supply path with respect to the blow nozzle. The pressurized liquid supply is configured to start supplying the pressurized liquid to the supply path after the seal member has begun to open.

A synchronous running safeguard for transfer stations or devices for handling containers, in particular for handling bottle-like containers made of glass or plastic, having a first and a second rotary element, which each have holding elements for the containers and each have a motor drive. The rotary elements are disposed in relation to one another such that the containers can be transferred in a transfer area from one of the first holding elements to one of the second holding elements. The rotary elements, each rotationally connected, have a control element having engagement elements, and the control elements are in meshing engagement with one another. The control elements are disposed in such a way that, during operation the control elements are interengaged without contact during the rotary movement of the rotary elements and that, in the event of a fault, the control elements are interengaged with contact.
Container-processing machine and method for processing containers
A processing station of a container-processing machine includes an electromagnetic linear drive that raises and lowers a container carrier. The linear drive includes a tubular guide element having a stack of magnets extending through it. This guide element guides the motion of a guided element that has coils. Current through these coils generates a magnetic field that interacts with the field from the tubular guide's magnets. This interaction yields a force that can raise the carrier.

Disclosed is a molding unit for the forming of a container provided with a hollow recess toward the interior of the container, including: a mold provided with a lateral wall defining a cavity having the impression of at least one portion of the container, provided with a housing formed hollow in a protrusion forming a projection toward the interior of the cavity and opening into the cavity; and a boxing device having an insert mounted in translation relative to the lateral wall between a retracted position in which the insert is retracted in the housing, and a deployed position in which the insert projects outside of the housing, a projection whose transverse extension is less than or equal to 85% of the cumulative transverse extension of the protrusion and of the insert.

The abutting portion is arranged at the circumference of the insert portion and abuts on an outer circumferential surface of the hollow molded product spaced a predetermined distance from the opening portion serving as the blow pin extraction port. The recess is provided between the insert portion and the abutting portion, accommodates the opening portion in the state where the outer circumferential surface of the hollow molded product abuts on the abutting portion, and forms a stretch of closed space to the inside of the hollow molded product. The suction port is provided in the insert portion and sucks an ambient atmosphere.
