MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF POUCH TYPE BATTERY CASE
An apparatus for manufacturing a pouch-type battery case according to an embodiment may be configured to mold a pouch sheet. The apparatus for manufacturing the pouch-type battery case may include a forming device configured to mold a cup part in the pouch sheet, a first roller disposed behind the forming device in a moving direction of the pouch sheet and rotating in contact with one surface of the pouch sheet, and a second roller disposed to face the first roller with the pouch sheet therebetween and rotating in contact with the other surface opposite to the one surface of the pouch sheet. Any one of the first roller and the second roller may have an outer diameter that gradually decreases inward in a thickness direction, and the other one of the first roller and the second roller may have an outer diameter that gradually increases inward in the thickness direction.
Pressure Forming Machine
A pressure forming machine is provided. In one embodiment, the pressure forming machine integrates a heater in its pressure chamber, so the heater and pressure chamber are movable together with respect to a base of the pressure forming machine. The pressure chamber and base can contain locking mechanisms to create a seal between the pressure chamber and a plastic sheet used for forming. The base can also contain a separable air compressor component, so the air compressor can be physically distanced to reduce the noise experienced by a user. Other embodiments are provided.
Thermoplastic sheet heating appliance
An apparatus for heating of thermally deformable sheet material includes a frame consisting of a pair of end beams extending laterally and a pair of side rails secured longitudinally between the end beams in a rectangular arrangement The side rail channels are oriented with their longitudinal openings extending upwardly. A heating tray assembly extends laterally and includes a pair of quick-release cam clamps disposed at opposed ends thereof to engage the respective side rail in a slidable, releasable fashion, so that the tray may be installed/removed at any location and clamped at that location. A sheet support assembly includes similar cam clamps at each end, and may be installed/removed at any location and translated/clamped at that location to maintain planar support of a workpiece.
FRAME BODY FOR COSTUME, COSTUME, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A frame for a lightweight costume with air permeability, the costume, and a method for manufacturing them. The frame body for the costume includes a main body made of synthetic resin and a plurality of through holes penetrating the main body. The method includes a mold installation step of installing a mold in a predetermined three-dimensional shape on an elevating table, a resin member mounting step of mounting a resin member on a pedestal, a cover mounting step of mounting a cover covering the surface of the resin member on the pedestal, a heating step of heating the resin member and the cover, a vacuum molding step of bringing the mold into contact with the back surface of the resin member and then depressurizing the inside of the chamber, and a mold release step of releasing the frame body and the cover from the mold.

Method and apparatus for preparing a molded article
This disclosure relates to a method and apparatus of preparing a molded article, and more particularly to a method and apparatus of automated molding using male molds and thermoplastic sheets in which the thermoplastic sheets are systematically draped across the mold contour.
Battery Case Shaping Apparatus and Method Using Shock Wave
A battery case shaping apparatus and method shape a pouch-shaped battery case. The battery case shaping apparatus includes a conductive liquid and positive and negative electrodes each configured to generate electric discharge in the conductive liquid in order to prevent a laminate sheet for battery cases from being damaged by friction between a punch and a die and to allow the entirety of the laminate sheet to be elongated.
Process of forming polymeric material
A method for forming an article includes providing a sheet of material, optionally conditioning the sheet with a surface of a roller, forming the sheet to provide a web, and separating an article from the web to provide the article. An apparatus adapted to form the article from a sheet is provided.
Punch Pin Hole Inspection Apparatus and Method Using Punch and Die
A punch pin hole inspection apparatus and method uses a punch and a die capable of checking defects or damage, specifically pin holes or microcracks, due to shaping immediately after finishing shaping a laminate sheet into a battery case using the punch.
APPARATUS FOR PRESS FORMING
The present disclosure relates to a press forming apparatus, comprising: a die in which a molded portion is formed by being recessed inwardly from an upper surface thereof; a stripper for fixing an object to be formed disposed on the die; a punch provided above the die to be movable upwardly and downwardly, and inserted into the molded portion when descending, to form an accommodating portion in the object to be formed, wherein a surface of the molded portion, in contact with the object to be formed, is curved, and the punch comprises a vent for blowing air onto an upper surface of the object to be formed. According to the present disclosure, a molded portion of the pouch film may be uniformly stretched, and occurrence of cracks may be prevented, so that workability and productivity may be improved. Furthermore, long-term reliability of the secondary battery may be secured.
