In this way, the first encapsulant can form a stable lane for a reagent to perform a biochemical reaction, and the second encapsulant can isolate the first encapsulant from the lane, reducing or preventing the influence of special molecules released by the first encapsulant on the biochemical reaction in the lanes, thereby improving sequencing quality.
