A controller of an injection molding machine controls mold clamping of a fixed mold and a movable mold. The controller includes a servomotor drive control unit for limiting increase in driving current during driving of a mold clamping servomotor, and a moving state acquisition unit that acquires a detection signal of an encoder. The controller further includes an abnormality determination processing unit for determining that a clamping force sensor is abnormal when recognizing stoppage of movement of the movable mold during mold clamping, based on the acquired detection signal of the encoder.

A molding monitoring apparatus acquires an image of a molding molded by an injection molding machine, determines whether abnormality is present in the molding, and specifies an abnormality occurrence position thereof when the abnormality is present. An injection molding machine performs diagnosis processing for diagnosing the first component group based on the first data in an injection mode and performs diagnosis processing for diagnosing the second component group based on the second data in a plasticization mode.

An apparatus for the manufacture and unloading of preforms for the manufacture of plastic containers includes a device for the injection molding of preforms and a device for the cooling and extraction of the preforms from the molding device, and further includes a device for the selective extraction of a predetermined subset of preforms supported by the unloading plate in an orderly manner along at least one pickup direction. The apparatus also includes a component for the orderly transfer of the predetermined subset of preforms to a control and inspection device adapted to perform at least one control on the predetermined subset of preforms.

An injection molding device includes an injection device including a cylinder, a screw, and a nozzle provided at a front end of the cylinder, for discharging molten resin as the screw advances, a mold including a molded product cavity, and a resin channel between the molded product cavity and a portion abutting the nozzle, a channel pressure measuring device for acquiring channel pressure data in the resin channel, and a determination unit that determines presence/absence of clogging of a gate of the resin channel, based on features of the channel pressure data.

Apparatus for checking a state of a machine part of a shaping machine, comprising an evaluation unit, at least one power loss sensor for ascertaining a power loss measurement signal which is representative of a power loss in and/or at the machine part, and at least one movement sensor for ascertaining a movement measurement signal which is representative of a movement of the machine part, wherein the evaluation unit is adapted to compute a damage indicator for the machine part from the power loss measurement signal and from the movement measurement signal.

An injection molding machine according to the present invention is a machine tool comprising: a measurement unit that measures a predetermined measured value; a calculation unit that calculates attitude accuracy information about the injection molding machine based on the measured value measured by the measurement unit; and a display that displays the attitude accuracy information calculated by the calculation unit together with an overhead view of the injection molding machine.

The present disclosure relates to a system and method for monitoring an injection molding process which may calculate injection time and packing time by attaching an acceleration sensor to an injection molding mold with bolts and measuring an amplitude change of a vibration signal of a mold during injection molding, detect mold closing and opening signals of the mold using a magnetic hall sensor, and monitor the injection molding process by measuring cycle time and cooling time, thereby simplifying installation and maintenance and reducing installation costs.

A tubular product manufacturing apparatus successively delivers an injection molded tubular shaped body in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus detects a defect on the surface of the molded body passing through the detection position in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body. When a portion having a predetermined length in the molded body passes the detection position without detecting a defect, the manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body, which contains the portion having the predetermined length. When a defect is detected before a portion having the predetermined length in the molded body BT passes through the detection position, the manufacturing apparatus separates the defective tubular product from the molded body. The length of the defective tubular product is shorter than a good product length which is the length of the tubular product including the portion of the predetermined length.

An abnormality detection device for detecting an abnormality of a movable part provided in an injection molding machine includes: a through hole formed in the movable part or in an adjacent member arranged adjacent to the movable part; and a microphone installed inside the through hole to collect sound generated by the movement of the movable part.
