ATTACHMENT FOR A WASHING OR RINSING AGENT BOTTLE
An attachment for a washing or rinsing agent bottle. The attachment is made from a main component and at least one auxiliary component in a multicomponent injection casting method, wherein a seal element is molded using the auxiliary component. The main component or the auxiliary component has a marker which causes a contrast between the auxiliary component and the main component under UV light or IR light. The invention also relates to a method for producing such an attachment.
MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR TUBULAR PRODUCT SUCH AS INTERMEDIATE TRANSFER BELT BEFORE CUTTING
A tubular product manufacturing apparatus successively delivers an injection molded tubular shaped body in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus detects a defect on the surface of the molded body passing through the detection position in the delivery direction. The manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body. When a portion having a predetermined length in the molded body passes the detection position without detecting a defect, the manufacturing apparatus separates a tubular product from the molded body, which contains the portion having the predetermined length. When a defect is detected before a portion having the predetermined length in the molded body BT passes through the detection position, the manufacturing apparatus separates the defective tubular product from the molded body. The length of the defective tubular product is shorter than a good product length which is the length of the tubular product including the portion of the predetermined length.
Injection molding system
A injection molding system extracts molding data and inspection data having a difference between a first position information of a conveyance part where a molded article produced by an injection molding apparatus is picked up by a conveyor device and a second position information of the conveyance part where the molded article is inspected by an inspection device is equal to a predetermined distance between a pickup position and an inspection position, and stores the molding data and the inspection data in association with each other as a set. This configuration makes it possible to associate molding data of an injection molding apparatus when producing a molded article and inspection data with each other to control the quality of molded articles.
In-Mold Non-Time Dependent Determination of Injection Molded Part Ejection Readiness
Non-time dependent measured variables are used to effectively determine an optimal ejection time of a part from a mold cavity. A system and/or approach may first measure at least one non-time dependent variable during an injection molding cycle. The part is ready to be ejected from the mold upon the measured variable reaching a threshold value indicative of, for example, a part temperature dropping below an activation temperature.
Molding machine management system and computer program
A molding machine management system includes a molding machine molding a plurality of molded products using a molding mold having a plurality of cavities, a camera capturing a plurality of first images of the plurality of molded products, respectively, and an inspection device inspecting the plurality of molded products. The plurality of first images, a second image of a parting surface of the molding mold, a plurality of inspection results corresponding to the plurality of molded products, and information on the plurality of cavities are displayed on the same screen of a display. The plurality of molded products in the plurality of first images are respectively displayed to overlap positions of corresponding cavities of the plurality of cavities of the parting surface in the second image.
Method and device for detecting a geometric feature of molded parts
A method and a device for detecting a geometric feature of consistent molded parts takes into account the different stages of cooling due to different durations of transport of the individual removed molded parts to the inspection system. Both the geometric feature and the temperature of each molded part is measured. The detected geometric features are corrected using a calibration function taking into account the measured temperatures.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
An injection molding system includes a molding device, an inspection device configured to inspect a molded product and a control device that includes a storage unit, and a reception unit configured to receive a change content of a parameter included in a standard molding condition. The control device executes a first control of forming the molded product under a second molding condition in which the parameter is changed based on the change content, a second control of forming the molded product under a third molding condition in which the same parameter is changed, a third control of associating the second molding condition with an inspection result of the molded product formed under the second molding condition and storing the association, and a fourth control of associating the third molding condition with the inspection result of the molded product formed under the third molding condition and storing the association.
BALANCED HOUSING CONSTRUCTION FOR FLEXIBLE LINE TRIMMER HEAD AND APPARATUS FOR FORMING THE HOUSING
An apparatus for forming a first component making up at least a part of a housing on a trimmer head and a method of using the apparatus. The housing has a rotary axis and is configured to support at least one radially projecting cutting component. The first component has a central axis. A forming unit defines at least one cavity within which a moldable material is confined to produce at least a part of a wall on the first component that extends around the rotary axis. The forming unit is configured to allow selective controlling of a quantity of a moldable material introduced into a first discrete subvolume at a first location in the one cavity to thereby allow selective controlling of a mass of a portion of the at least part of the wall formed by the moldable material in the one cavity at the first location to facilitate dynamic balancing of the housing, within which the first component is incorporated, with respect to the rotary axis.
ROBOT SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A robot system includes an image pickup apparatus that picks up images of a plurality of kinds of articles conveyed by a conveyor; an article controlling portion that controls time and a position of each of the plurality of kinds of articles being supplied onto the conveyor, to limit kinds of articles to be image-picked-up by the image pickup apparatus in advance; a detecting portion that detects the plurality of kinds of articles from among images picked up by the image pickup apparatus, on the basis of the kinds of articles limited in advance by the article controlling portion; and a robot that is configured to take out the plurality of kinds of articles detected by the detecting portion from the conveyor.
Ejection controller and ejection control method for injection molding machine
In an ejection controller for an injection molding machine, an image of an ejection process for a molded article is captured, a point in time when the molded article starts to drop from a mold is obtained as a drop start time point, an ejection stop time point is set based on the obtained drop start time point, and an ejection operation of an ejection device is interrupted at the set time point. Thus, the ejection is interrupted in a predetermined position, so that an operator can manually remove the molded article.
