Ejection controller and ejection control method for injection molding machine
In an ejection controller for an injection molding machine, an image of an ejection process for a molded article is captured, a point in time when the molded article starts to drop from a mold is obtained as a drop start time point, an ejection stop time point is set based on the obtained drop start time point, and an ejection operation of an ejection device is interrupted at the set time point. Thus, the ejection is interrupted in a predetermined position, so that an operator can manually remove the molded article.
INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC CYCLE TO CYCLE CAVITY INJECTION
An injection molding system comprising: a first selected valve, one or more downstream valves, delivering a fluid to a mold cavity, at least one fluid property sensor, each valve associated with a position sensor that detects opening of a gate at an actual open gate time to the controller, the controller automatically adjusting time of instruction to open the gates on a subsequent injection cycle by an adjustment time equal to any delay in time between a predetermined open gate target time and an actual open gate time, wherein the system forms a first one or more parts or objects, the user inspecting or measuring the first one or more parts or objects and manually adjusts the predetermined open gate target time.
CONTAINER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AND TREATING A PREFORM
A container treatment system comprising a production machine for producing a preform, in particular an injection molding machine, at least one container treatment machine arranged downstream of the production machine in a transport direction of the preform, and a control unit, wherein the production machine and the at least one container treatment machine are integral with one another, wherein the control unit is designed to synchronize a first operation of the production machine and a second operation of the at least one container treatment machine with one another.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ASSISTING MOLDING PERFORMED USING CRUSHED MATERIAL MIXED MATERIAL
A virgin material plasticization time Tv, which is a time required for a screw to reach a predetermined plasticization end position Xe when only a virgin material Rv is plasticized, a crushed material plasticization time Ts, which is a time required for the screw to reach the predetermined plasticization end position Xe when only a crushed material Rs is plasticized, are measured and registered as basic time data Do. Actually measured time data Dp are obtained by measuring a crushed material mixed material plasticization time Tm when a molded product is produced by using the crushed material mixed material Rm, the crushed material mixed material plasticization time Tm being a time required for the screw to reach the plasticization end position Xe in a predetermined shot. The crushed material ratio Px in the crushed material mixed material Rm is obtained on the basis of the virgin material plasticization time Tv, the crushed material plasticization time Ts, and the crushed material mixed material plasticization time Tm. An output process is performed on the obtained crushed material ratio Px.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INJECTION MOLDING PRODUCTS
A control system and a control method of manufacturing injection molding products are provided. The control system includes an injection molding machine, an information input interface, a computing server and a data conversion device. At first, product information is inputted through the information input interface. The product information is transmitted to the computing server, and then the computing server determines injection molding parameters according to the product information. The injection molding parameters are transmitted to the information input interface. After data conversion through the data conversion device, the injection molding machine is controlled to manufacture the injection molding products according to the converted injection molding parameters.
MOLDING MACHINE
A molding machine includes: an injection device to inject a molding material into a cavity of a clamped mold; a display device to display information; a memory capable of storing condition data sets that include setting values; and a control device to control the injection device according to one data set preselected from the data sets stored in the memory. The control device selectively executes a selected condition display process of listing the setting values in the selected condition data set on the display device and a stand-by condition display process of listing the setting values in a stand-by condition data set (one of the condition data sets different from the selected condition data set) on the display device, and in the stand-by condition display process, causes the display device to display the setting values identical to and different from those of the selected condition data set in different modes.

An ejection device having a pushing device that can be moved in translation along a first axis, an ejection element is translatable along a second axis different from the first axis, and a transfer device connecting the pushing device and the ejection element. The transfer device includes a transmission chain having at least two transmission links which are translatable in a sliding direction. The ejection device further includes an adjustment wedge mounted on the pushing device, the adjustment wedge having an adjustment surface forming an adjustment angle, with the transmission chain being mounted on the adjustment surface.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPERATING AN INJECTION MOLDING TOOL ACCORDING TO THE VISCOSITY INDEX OF THE MELT
A method and device is provided for operating an injection molding machine. The method uses the device, which is configured for determining the viscosity index of a melt in a cavity of an injection molding tool. The device includes pressure sensor member that measures an internal mold pressure of the melt in the cavity. The device includes an evaluation member configured for evaluating sensor data generated by the pressure sensor member. The evaluation member is configured to determine the viscosity index of the melt from the evaluated sensor data. The evaluation member is configured to compare the viscosity index to a target viscosity index and accordingly adjust operation of the machine's operating parameters so that the viscosity index of the melt conforms to the target viscosity index indicative of production of an acceptable part by the injection molding machine.
