Process and machine for conveying a flow of harvested crop
11297769 · 2022-04-12 · ·

A process for conveying a flow of harvested crop along a first conveyor, which is configured to convey the flow along a first direction, and a second conveyor arranged downstream of the first conveyor and which is configured to convey the flow along a second direction different from the first direction. The process includes operating the first conveyor at a variable conveyor speed presenting a cycle of acceleration and deceleration, the cycle being operable to ensure a spatial repartition of the flow of harvested crop on the second conveyor, which receives the flow at a location that is variable according to the first direction.

METHOD TO ADJUST THE OPENING BETWEEN THE SHAKERS OF A FRUIT HARVESTER AND A HARVESTING MACHINE

A method to adjust an opening between a plurality of shakers of a machine formed as a fruit harvester, starting with aligning and centralizing the machine with a crop row to be harvested, includes the steps of: identifying and defining a configuration of a plurality of trees to be harvested; measuring a width of the plurality of trees to be harvested; setting a value for a desired damage level; calculating an opening factor based on the desired damage level defined in the step of setting; determining a distance “X” from the opening between the plurality of shakers, based on a value obtained for the opening factor in relation to the width of the plurality of trees to be harvested; and adjusting the opening between the plurality of shakers according to the distance “X” determined in the step of determining.

Integrated dual-use machine for harvesting and treating fruit on trees

An Integrated dual-use machine is for harvesting and treating fruit on trees, in order to harvest the fruit when in season and treat the fruit on the tree with phytosanitary products. The machine includes a moveable structure, intended to shelter the fruit trees. The moveable structure includes a collection unit for the fruit that has been brought down, and is supported on one or two traction vehicles. The vehicles include at least one device for projecting and orienting air currents, at least one infrared camera, at least one collection belt, at least one load container, at least one conveyor belt that connects the collection belt to a load trailer, and a traction system that actuates tractor treads.

A scale and a fruit collector with connected rows of scales is provided. The rows of scales extending between an intake and an outlet of the collector parallel to a median axis of the collector, scales including respectively a succession of scales with overlap, mounted as pivots on a support with a return to a resting position, each scale presenting a longitudinal median scale axis extending from the proximal to distal end of the scale and forming, in the resting position, an acute angle of aperture with the median axis, relative to the collector intake, and in which each scale presents a capability to pivot relative to the support, between the resting position and at least one bent-back position towards the outlet of the collector, reducing the angle of aperture. At least one hindrance limits an amplitude of divergent displacement, respectively between two successive scales of a row of scales.

WALKING POWER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WOLFBERRY PICKING

The present disclosure discloses a walking power control system for wolfberry picking, including a frame, a turntable, rotating rods, first gears, second gear, gear racks, supporting rods, hydraulic motors, a front traveling wheel, a left traveling wheel and a right traveling wheel. In the present disclosure, hydraulic motors rotate to drives three traveling wheels to rotate, thereby driving the frame to move, when it is necessary to turn, a turntable is rotated, the turntable rotates to drive two first gears to rotate, and the two first gears rotate to drive the supporting rods to rotate, thereby driving the left traveling wheel and the right traveling wheel to rotate, so that the traveling direction of the frame is changed. The picking speed of wolfberries is greatly improved, thereby improving the working efficiency and saving a lot of human resources.

Berry harvester weighing system

A berry harvester includes a chassis, a berry removal system, a berry delivery system, an inspection station and a container filling station. The container filling station includes a berry delivery apparatus that conveys berries to containers on a container support. A container weighing system includes a container fill indicator generating a weighing signal. A processor is in communication with the weighing system and incorporates a filter for cancelling vibrations from the weighing signal. A method uses the container weighing system and the processor to indicate when a container is filled to contain a desired amount of berries and automatically reset when the filled container is removed.
