Sealing device with cooling function
12042973 · 2024-07-23 · ·

A sealing device for sealing the intermediate space between a housing and a shaft rotatably mounted in the housing, having a first plate-shaped body with a front face, a rear face, and a first opening, which extends from the front face to the rear face and is suitable for feeding through the shaft, and having a cooling line, which runs in the body and is suitable for conducting a cooling medium. The first body is suitable for being tightly secured to the housing such that the shaft rotatably mounted in the housing is guided through the first opening. The first opening is suitable for introducing sealant such that the sealant seals an intermediate space between the shaft and the first body. The cooling line is guided around the first opening between a cooling line inlet and a cooling line outlet for the cooling medium such that heat produced from rotating the shaft can be dissipated by the cooling medium in a spatially homogenous manner.

COMPOSITE FLOOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A composite floor comprises a coextrusion layer compression moulded using a coextrusion process. The layer comprises a first stone-plastic layer, a stone-plastic foaming layer, and a second stone-plastic layer sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The stone-plastic foaming layer is used as the main material layer, which reduces a whole weight of the floor; and the first stone-plastic layer and the second stone-plastic layer are arranged at two sides of the stone-plastic foaming layer, respectively, so that the composite floor is more stable. It is more environmentally friendly and simple in manufacturing to use the coextrusion process for compression moulding by avoiding bonding using glue. Use of the coextrusion process makes various layers bond more compact, with little delamination and warpage due to effect of environmental changes. The composite floor has a low expansion rate and shrinkage rate, excellent in performance and long in service life.

Method and device for measuring a tubular strand
12064911 · 2024-08-20 · ·

A method for measuring a tubular strand exiting from an extrusion device comprises directing electromagnetic radiation from an inside of the tubular strand to an inner side of a tubular strand. The electromagnet radiation is radiated from at least one radiation source within a frequency range from 1 GHz to 6000 GHz. The electromagnetic radiation is reflected off of the tubular strand and received by at least one radiation receiver. A value for at least one of a diameter, a wall thickness, and a deviation in shape of the tubular strand is determined from the electromagnetic radiation received by at least one radiation receiver.

Method For Producing Films Based On Plasticized Polyvinyl Acetal Having A Predefined Viscosity
20180326638 · 2018-11-15 · ·

Plasiticized polyvinylacetal films with grater film-to-film uniformity are produced by a process of extruding a melt stream containing a polyvinyl acetal and a plasticizer at 150-250 C., the film having a predefined melt viscosity at 60-170 C., by providing a first melt stream of at least a first plasticizer and a first polyvinyl acetal resin and measuring its melt viscosity at 60-170 C. online; and adjusting the 60-170 C. melt viscosity by adding a second plasticizer and/or a second polyvinyl acetal resin to the first melt stream in an amount to provide a second melt stream with a melt viscosity at 60-170 C. having a difference of at most 20% to the predefined melt viscosity at 60-170 C.

3D printer spray nozzle structure and method thereof for controlling speed and precision
20180326644 · 2018-11-15 ·

The present invention relates to a technical field of 3D printing, and more particularly to a 3D printer spray nozzle structure and a method thereof for controlling speed and precision. According to the present invention, a feeding pipeline is embedded in an external shell, the feeding pipeline and an extruder are coaxially connected; the extruder is driven by a driving device, so as to rotate relative to the feeding pipeline. A rotation angle of the extruder relative to the feeding pipeline is controlled by rotation of a motor, for controlling a filament area actually sprayed by the extrude, in such a manner that printing speed and precision is controlled for suiting different requirements of different printing area. The present invention controls the printing speed and precision, for improving overall printing speed with precision requirements satisfied, and is applicable to 3D printer spray nozzle structure and controlling.

Rapid non-contact energy transfer for additive manufacturing driven high intensity electromagnetic fields

A method and apparatus for additive manufacturing that includes a nozzle and/or barrel for extruding a plastic material and a supply of polymeric working material provided to the nozzle, wherein the polymeric working material is magnetically susceptible and/or electrically conductive. A magneto-dynamic heater is provided for producing a time varying, high flux, frequency sweeping, alternating magnetic field in the vicinity of the nozzle to penetrate into and couple the working material to heat the material through at least one of an induced transient magnetic domain and an induced, annular current.
