Method for manufacturing pneumatic tire and pneumatic tire
In a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire, a laminated body is formed of a film containing a thermoplastic resin or elastomer, and rubber sheets laminated on surfaces of the film. A winding starting end of the inner rubber sheet is on a side opposite to a winding direction of the laminated body with respect to an end of the film; an end of the outer rubber sheet at the winding starting end is at the same position as the end of the film or is positioned on a side of the winding direction of the laminated body with respect to the end of the film. An outer surface of the outer rubber sheet at the winding starting end and an inner surface of the inner rubber sheet of a winding finishing end are brought into contact by overlapping and bonding the winding starting end and the winding finishing end.
Mechanism to chain continuous queries
Techniques for implementing mechanisms for chaining continuous queries are provided. In some examples, results of a first continuous query may be stored in a data object. For example, the first continuous query may be configured to process business event data and store the results in the data object. Additionally, a second continuous query may then be processed based at least in part on the results stored in the data object.
TYRE FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
A tyre for vehicle wheels includes a carcass structure with at least one carcass ply formed by strip-like elements consecutively adjacent one after the other along a circumferential extension and having overlap zones along respective longitudinal edges superimposed on each other. Each overlap zone has, along a longitudinal extension thereof, terminal sections that are laterally opposite with respect to an intermediate section. The intermediate section of each overlap zone has an intermediate overlap width greater than a terminal overlap width of the terminal sections.
TIRE SOUND ABSORBING MATERIAL CRIMPING DEVICE
The present invention provides a tire sound absorbing material crimping device, and more particularly, a tire sound absorbing material crimping device intended to uniformly and firmly press a sound absorbing material adhered to an inner liner portion of a tire. The tire sound absorbing material crimping device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixing unit configured to align a center of a tire transported by a tire conveying unit and position the tire; a crimping unit configured to press a sound absorbing material while expanding radially toward the sound absorbing material adhered to an inner liner of the tire fixed to the fixing unit; and a motor unit connected to an upper portion of the crimping unit and configured to raise and lower the crimping unit toward the tire.
AIR BARRIER MATERIAL APPLICATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A post-cure inflation machine for processing a tire may include a tire holder shaft. The tire holder shaft may include a chuck to secure the tire to the tire holder shaft. A hollow passage may be defined in the tire holder shaft. A spray nozzle may be connected to a spray shaft that is telescopically disposed in the hollow passage of the tire holder shaft. The spray nozzle may extend to spray an air barrier material onto the tire.
METHODS FOR TREATING INNER LINERS, INNER LINERS RESULTING THEREFROM AND TIRES CONTAINING SUCH INNER LINERS
Methods for treating a cured inner liner as well as treated, cured inner liners resulting from such methods are disclosed. Also disclosed are tires containing the treated inner liners. The methods include treatment of the lower surface of inner liner surface with a rubber-containing liquid to produce a rubber-containing film thereupon.
Real-time business event analysis and monitoring
Techniques for managing real-time business event analysis and monitoring are provided. In some examples, a logical request may be received at a business intelligence server configured with a continuous query service. Additionally, the continuous query service may be configured to translate the logical request into a physical request. Further, business intelligence information may be provided based at least in part on querying against an event data stream with a continuous query configured based at least in part on the physical request translated by the continuous query service.
Tires with Intrinsic Cellular Noise Damper
A tire with intrinsic splice-free cellular noise damper comprising a supporting tire carcass having one or more layers of ply, an outer circumferential tread, and a radially inner layer, a pair of beads, sidewalls extending radially inward from the axial outer edges of a tread portion to join the respective beads, an intrinsic cellular noise damper as the innermost layer attached to innerliner, wherein said noise damper has a density less than 1.3 g/cm3.
Method for controlling the discharge of fluids during a process for vulcanization and molding of a green tire and tire for vehicle wheels
A method for controlling the discharge of fluids during a process for vulcanization and moulding of a green tire includes the steps of: building at least one portion of a radially internal surface of a green tire by winding of a continuous elongated element of elastomeric material into a plurality of coils confining circumferential grooves along the rolling direction of the tire; disposing the circumferential grooves into fluid communication with discharge channels present in the radially external surface of a pressing bladder disposed in a radially internal cavity bounded by the green tire.
