A die-casting forming mold for vulcanized rubber boots, comprising: a combined shaft mold provided with an inner cavity corresponding to a shaft of a rubber boot; a last mold 21 provided with partition elements, comprising a body substantially corresponding to the shaft of the rubber boot in shape, and two or more partition elements disposed on the body, the last mold 21 being adapted to be mounted in the inner cavity of the shaft mold to form a die-casting forming cavity between the wall of the inner cavity of the shaft mold and the outer surface of the last mold 21, and the die-casting forming cavity being divided into two or more portions by the last mold 21 and the shaft mold, wherein the last mold 21 further comprises: a longitudinally extending rubber injection channel extending longitudinally downward from the upper surface of the last mold 21, and a transversely extending rubber injection channel extending transversely from the longitudinally extending rubber injection channel to a rubber outlet in the surface of the last mold 21; and a rubber injection plate 5 adapted to be mounted to the top of the shaft mold to guide the injection of an unvulcanized mixed rubber material, the rubber injection plate 5 being provided with: a rubber injection hole 11 adapted to be connected to an external injection head to inject the unvulcanized mixed rubber material, and a rubber injection channel for communicating the rubber injection hole 11 with the longitudinally extending rubber injection channel.

A molding process for shoes with inner lining comprises: placing a molding inner core sleeved with an inner lining in a combined external mold being preset with a semi-molded shell; performing a mold-closing action to make the semi-molded shell in the first external mold and the second external mold attach to the inner lining, respectively; and heating to vulcanize the semi-molded shell, and combining with the inner lining to produce a shoe with inner lining.

In one example, the method may include forming at least one molded portion adjacent to at least one non-molded portion such that part of the at least one molded portion overlaps and contacts the at least one non-molded portion, and forming the at least one molded portion to include end portions that are adjacent the part of the at least one molded portion and that extend away from the at least one non-molded portion such that the end portions do not contact the at least one non-molded portion; moving the end portions of the at least one molded portion toward the at least one non-molded portion such that the end portions contact the at least one non-molded portion; and securing the end portions of the at least one molded portion to the at least one non-molded portion.

Comprehensive wrapping and environment-friendly shoes and a production process thereof are provided. Each shoe comprises an upper and a sole. The upper includes an inner bootie and a vamp; the inner bootie includes a lining and a PU inner pad which are connected; the collars of the inner bootie and the vamp are connected, and the vamp lower edge extends to the inner pad bottom surface and is connected therewith. The making process is simple and can save sole laying and insole assembly procedures and simplify the upper marking procedure; the inner bootie enables the upper and the sole to be completely attached to a last, realizes good wearing comfort and barefoot feeling, achieves maximum sports shock absorbing and assisting function and comfortably wraps the foot. By reducing EVA & RB materials and increasing PU material, the dissolution proportion of the shoes is increased, and the shoes are more environment-friendly.

Methods and systems are provided for forming an article of footwear. In one example, forming the article of footwear includes using a perforated last during molding of a midsole of the article of footwear. The midsole may be attached to a seam of the upper of the article footwear to secure the midsole to the upper.

The mold is a basic direct injection mold and at least partly channels injection material to a mold cavity and further accommodates direct injection mold inserts. Mold descriptive data of the mold inserts is communicated to the footwear manufacturing facility to manufacture the mold inserts, or the mold inserts are manufactured at the mold manufacturing facility based on the mold descriptive data and transported to the footwear manufacturing facility.

A footwear moulding system for direct injection production of footwear includes a supporting mould, a last, an in-mould, and an injection channel. The supporting mould includes at least an in-mould support. The in-mould is elastomeric and the in-mould includes an in-mould outer surface configured to be supported by said in-mould support. A method of forming an article of footwear can include flowing a material into an inlet port of a last and through a plurality of interconnected channels extending through an interior of the last that are fluidly connected to the inlet port. The method can further include flowing the material from each channel, out a respective outlet port of the channel that is disposed on an outer surface of the last, and directly onto the outer surface of the last. The method can further include solidifying the material on the outer surface of the last to form at least a portion of the article of footwear.
