METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DETERGENT-PORTION UNIT
A method for producing a portion unit with at least one filled receiving chamber surrounded by a film, comprising the steps of a) transporting a first film in the direction of a heating device; b) bringing the first film into contact with a surface of the heating device; c) heating the first film by means of the heating device; d) breaking the contact between the first film and the heating device; e) molding the first heated film into the cavities of a thermoforming mold, thereby forming a receiving container with at least one receiving chamber; f) filling the at least one receiving chamber; g) optionally closing and separating the filled receiving containers, thereby forming the portion unit, wherein the region on the surface of the heating device that is brought into contact with the film has at least one depression and, in step b), the at least one depression is covered by the subregions of the first film that are molded into the cavity of the thermoforming mold in step e).
INSTANT HYDRATING POLYACRYLAMIDE GRANULES
Provided are compositions and methods for the instant hydration of polyacrylamide granules of particle size greater than 500 m comprising the same polyacrylamide powder of particle size less than 500 m; and a binding agent or agents. More particularly, the polyacrylamide powder is combined with a water-destroyable binding agent forming polyacrylamide granules, which instantly hydrates when added to water.
WATER-SOLUBLE POLYURETHANES AS SUPPORT MATERIAL AND SACRIFICIAL MATERIAL FOR 3D PRINTING
Described herein are water-soluble, non-toxic, thermoplastic polyurethane compositions comprising reaction products of one or more aliphatic diisocyanate compounds, one or more higher molecular weight polyalkylene oxide compounds having a molecular weight of 600-150,000 g/mol and one or more low molecular weight diol chain extender compounds having a molecular weight of 50-300 g/mol, reacted in molar ratios of 50:49-20:1-30 and having a soft segment content of at least 80% and methods for their synthesis and use.
Water-soluble film including metal salts
A water-soluble film comprising a mixture of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) resin, a plasticizer, and a metal salt, wherein the metal salt is present in the water-soluble film in an amount sufficient to reduce the enthalpy of melting of the film by at least 20% compared to the enthalpy of melting of an otherwise identical film not comprising the metal salt.
Plastic-free dishwasher cleaning product
Glycerin and sodium polyacrylate may be mixed at a first mixing speed for a first mixing time. Free water and a fibrillated cellulose mixture may be added to second mixer and mixed at a second mixing time speed for a second mixing time. The glycerin and the sodium polyacrylate may be mixed with the free water and fibrillated cellulose mixture at a third mixing speed for a third mixing time. One or more of sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, and sodium benzoate may be added and mixed at a fourth mixing speed for a fourth mixing time. Sodium carbonate may be added and mixed at a fifth mixing speed for a fifth mixing time. A surfactant mixture and optionally fragrances may be added and mixed at a sixth mixing speed for a sixth mixing time to form a final mixture, which may be transferred to molds, dehydrated, and removed.
METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING HAVING HIGH WATER PERMEABILITY
Build materials and methods of 3D printing are described herein. In one aspect, a build material comprises an acrylate component, a photoinitiator component, and a porogen component, wherein the porogen component is water soluble. In some embodiments, the porogen component is present in the build material in an amount of 55-75 wt. %, based on the total weight of the build material.

WATER-SOLUBLE UNIT DOSE ARTICLE
Water-soluble unit dose article comprising a fabric care or household care detergent composition and a method of making it.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT AND INK SET FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT
The present invention provides a method for producing a three-dimensional object and an ink set for producing a three-dimensional object which can even produce, for example, a complex-shaped three-dimensional object made of a soft material with good fabrication accuracy. The present invention relates to a method for producing a three-dimensional object, including: individually discharging (a) a model material ink containing a crosslinkable polymer and (b) a support material ink containing a support material; and removing an object of the support material ink after the crosslinkable polymer is crosslinked, wherein one of the model material ink (a) and the support material ink (b) further contains a hydrogen peroxide decomposer and the other of the model and support material inks further contains hydrogen peroxide or a hydrogen peroxide donor, and the discharged hydrogen peroxide decomposer decomposes the discharged hydrogen peroxide to crosslink the crosslinkable polymer, thereby fabricating a three-dimensional object.
