20250121574 · 2025-04-17 ·

A device for compressing and tying up recycling bales with tying means includes a baling channel and a baling ram mounted for translational motion in the baling channel. The baling ram has a channel for guiding a vertically movable tying tool that transports a tying means, guiding the tying means below the baling channel, around at least one deflector, and over the guide contour of a guide element. The device has a swivel arm which, during normal operation of the device, is in a guiding position in which the tying means is guided along the at least one deflector and over the guide contour of the guide element in a sliding motion. The swivel arm has a gripping device on the tying means side for the automated fixing of a free end of a torn-off piece of tying means.

A rectangular baler including a bale chamber; a plunger; a guide system including a guide assembly for aligning and supporting the plunger in a transverse direction; each guide assembly including a mounting piece with a guide element, a threaded shaft; wherein the mounting piece has a mounting surface which is fixed against a guide surface of a member; the mounting piece and the member having an elongated slot and a through-hole, respectively, or a through-hole and an elongated slot, respectively; the threaded shaft extending through the through-hole and the elongated slot and having an axis making an angle with respect to the guide surface which is smaller than 90 degrees.

Rubber balers

A bailing apparatus may include a multi-component bolster assemblies that may ease installation and removal, reduce wear and tear and maintenance, and/or improve baling efficiency by reducing material waste, imperfections, and/or contamination. The bolster assemblies may include a plurality of coupling portions that engage a hydraulic rod and may enable the bolster assembly to self-center within a press chamber during normal baling operations. The bolster assemblies also may include an island portion that may be attached to the coupling portions and to a bolster cap, and the latter may be attached using retainer bolts having substantially planar heads that may define lips that run about frustums. The bolts may substantially planar head may reduce irregularities in the bale and the lips may prevent material seepage into the bolster assemblies.

Waste Compacting Apparatus

A waste compacting apparatus comprises an outer framework; an inner compacting chamber; a compaction plate assembly; and a waste ejection assembly for ejecting compacted waste from the apparatus. The inner compacting chamber comprises a pair of spaced apart side walls and a base, wherein the side walls and base are fixedly attached to the outer framework. The inner compacting chamber is positioned within the outer framework such that the side walls and the base of the inner compacting chamber locate within an interior space of a roll cage when a roll cage is introduced into the framework. The compaction plate assembly includes a press plate which is moveable between an upper position and a lower position within the inner compacting chamber such that waste within the inner compacting chamber is compacted by the press plate. The waste ejection assembly comprises at least one pusher plate configured to move between a retracted position located at a rear region of the inner compaction chamber, and an extended position located at a front region of the inner compaction chamber. A method for compacting waste using the apparatus is also disclosed.
