Feed directions of the at least one frontal mold part and the at least one transverse mold part are inclined. The at least one frontal mold part and the at least one transverse mold part define surfaces of the article. The resulting cavity includes at least one opening through which a punch is insertable. Next, a filling shoe is fed above an opening of the cavity and fills the cavity with a powder, and the powder is compressed with at least one punch. The feeding of the transverse mold part takes place along a feed direction that is parallel to the main pressing direction.

Provided is a method and device for batched compression molding of rubber and plastic products by means of multiple mold cavities, including alternating operation of a blank shuttle and a male mold that is in a bottle cap mold, being controlled by means of engagement of two partial gear sets. Mold opening motion, isostatic pressing energy storage, and spring energy storage are implemented by means of the engagement characteristic of the partial gear sets, and mold closing and compression molding are implemented by means of the non-engagement characteristic, isostatic pressing energy storage, and pressurization of the partial gear sets. The method and device effectively resolve the general problem of low production efficiency and poor precision and stability of existing compression molding cap manufacturing equipment.

A powdery-material feeding device is configured to feed a powdery material to a compression-molding machine configured to obtain a molded product by filling a die bore with the powdery material and to compress the powdery material with punches. The powdery-material feeding device includes a detector configured to detect a biologically-originated foreign matter mixedly contained in the powdery material to be fed to the compression-molding machine, and a controller configured to control to remove the powdery material mixedly containing the biologically-originated foreign matter detected by the detector to avoid feeding of the powdery material mixedly containing the biologically-originated foreign matter to the compression-molding machine, or to control to stop the feeding of the powdery material to the compression-molding machine.

The dry-pressing molding device of the present invention has a high degree of automation, can scrape the powder, and has a good processing effect.

Disclosed herein is a method and apparatus for forming pellets in a non-ambient environment such as a strong magnetic field. The apparatus includes a die body, a die bottom, a short push pin, a long push pin, a press tube, and an extended push pin. A powder is loaded into the die body, which is then positioned in the non-ambient environment, and the powder allowed to equilibrate. A pellet is then formed by pressing on the extended push pin while the powder is in the non-ambient environment.
