Method and machine for quality control inspection of pinch bottom and flat bottom bags
A method and machine for visual inspection of bags for quality control, in particular providing a way to inspect pinch bottom bags and flat bottom bags continuously exiting a production line, without the need to stop or delay the production or movement of the bags.
FLAP-BAG MANUFACTURE
The invention relates to a method for producing and depositing a bag, in particular a flap bag (1), wherein the bag has a base, a filling opening and, in a pocket region (3), two layers, and the two layers are welded together at least in the region of a side seam (6) of the bag, wherein the bag is then moved by means of at least one transport arm (9) to a depositing device and during the movement is held on the transport arm (9) by means of negative pressure, characterised in that the at least one transport arm (9) is oriented parallel to the side seam (6) of the bag, and after welding of the two layers, as a result of which the side seam (6) is formed, the side region of the bag is placed on the transport arm (9) and during movement to the depositing device and up until depositing, the bag is held on the transport arm (9) by means of negative pressure.
Assembly and method for storing containers
The invention relates to an assembly for storing a plurality of flexible containers (1) with dispensing spouts, the assembly comprising one or more elongated guiding elements (15) configured to carry rows of dispensing spouts, wherein the guiding elements (15) are configured to be maintained in a substantially tubular arrangement while storing the containers in the interior formed by the tubular arrangement. The guiding elements (15) may be straight elements arranged in a parallel manner to form a tube-like arrangement. The guiding elements are also arranged to allow the containers to be attached in such a manner that they are positioned along a generally helical trajectory in the interior of the tubular arrangement.

Method and System for Forming Packages
A method of forming reinforced packages. The method can comprise forming an attached web by adhering a blank to a web of material and moving the attached web in a downstream direction through at least a tube forming assembly and a carton forming assembly. The method also can comprise at least partially forming a tube by folding at least a portion of the web of material as the attached web moves through the tube forming assembly, forming a reinforcement sleeve by folding at least a portion of the blank so that the reinforcement sleeve extends at least partially around the tube as the attached web moves through the carton forming assembly, and forming a reinforced package comprising the reinforcement sleeve and a tube portion by separating the tube portion from a remainder of the tube, the reinforcement sleeve being adhered to the tube portion.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEADERLESS PRODUCE BAGS WITH INCREASED ADHESION
During the manufacturing process the exterior surface of one or both of the sheets of plastic film which form the bags is treated with low temperature corona discharge plasma to raise the level of surface charge magnitude to at least 43 Dyne to increase the adhesion force between the bags. A recess is formed in each of the bags to further increase the adhesion. The increased adhesion causes the mouth of one bag to automatically open as the adjacent bag is removed from the rack. The recess is formed at the same time openings are created in the bags to accept the support rods of a dispensing rack. The bags can have simple edge sides or side gussets and may be provided in a package including a pouch which receives and supports the lower portions of the bags.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STACKING PLASTIC-FILM BAGS
The invention relates to a device (1) for the stacking, in packets, of bags produced from plastic film, the device (1) having at least one traction means, preferably a toothed belt (2), and at least one carrier (4), on which the bags can be laid flat on each other and which can be fastened to the traction means for driving, and the at least one carrier (4) having at least one means, in particular one driver element (3), for driving the laid bags, the driver element (3) being arranged on the carrier (4) in such a way that the position of the driver element can be changed.

Sheet product stacking and feeding apparatus
When sheet products 1 are discharged, the sheet products are collided against shutter bars 5 so as to fall and stack on a feed conveyor 4. Then, each of protrusion bodies 7 and 8 are lowered by a first drive 9 so as to nip the sheet products between the protrusion bodies and the feed conveyor. Then, coming products are successively discharged and stacked on the protrusion bodies. And then, a second drive 12 is operated in conjunction with the feed conveyor so as to feed the sheet products nipped between the protrusion bodies and the feed conveyor 4. The shutter bars 5 are elevated and lowered by a third drive for adjusting the height position thereof.
