Disclosed is a tissue paper product including at least three plies with a top ply and bottom ply as outermost plies, and an inner ply between the top and bottom plies, a basis weight of the tissue paper product being 30-150. The top ply being embossed with at least two types of embossments including first embossments with a first height and second embossments with a second height, the first height being larger than the second height, and the bottom ply is embossed, the inner ply and the top ply being bonded with the bottom ply at tips of the first embossments with an adhesive, such as a lamination glue, or the inner ply, the top ply, and the bottom ply are ply-bonded with mechanical bonding, at least one of the top ply and the bottom ply being embossed by a heated embossing roll.

Tissue products having emboss elements with reduced bunching and methods for producing the same

Products having reducing tissue wrinkling, puckering, and bunching and improved emboss definition, emboss visibility, and perceived softness are described. The methods comprise embossing the tissue sheet with a emboss elements having segments aligned in the machine direction and including an abatement component, such as a tapered width or a multi dual-apex, that can absorb machine direction stretch during the production of the product.

EMBOSSING GROUP

An embossing group includes: a first embossing roller and at least one embossing unit associated with the first roller. The embossing unit includes a second embossing roller, a third embossing roller, and a sleeve surrounding the second roller and the third roller by coupling them. The sleeve faces the first roller and is configured to contact the first roller. The embossing unit and the first roller are configured to emboss at least one paper sheet wound between the first roller and the embossing unit.

EMBOSSED MULTI-PLY TISSUE PRODUCT

Disclosed are multi-ply embossed tissue products having improved softness, strength, embossment clarity and/or embossment height compared to prior art embossed tissue products. The multi-ply tissue products may comprise an embossed tissue ply having a basis weight less than about 25 grams per square meter (gsm) and relatively deep embossments, such as an embossment height from about 500 to about 1,000 μm and relatively narrow bottom portions compared to top portions. The combination of these elements provides an aesthetically pleasing and well-defined embossment, while improving important tissue product properties such as sheet and roll bulk and softness.

EMBOSSED DISPERSIBLE WET WIPES

The dispersible wet wipes of the current disclosure have sufficient strength to withstand packaging and consumer use. They also disperse sufficiently quickly to be flushable without creating potential problems for household and municipal sanitation systems. In certain instances the wipes have a first outer layer comprising a tissue web containing cellulose fibers and a plurality of embossments disposed thereon, and a second outer layer comprising a nonwoven web; a triggerable binder composition; and a wetting composition. The wipes may have a geometric mean tensile strength (GMT) greater than about 225 grams per linear inch (g/in) and a Slosh Time less than about 60 minutes.

EMBOSSING PATTERN WITH A CONTINUOUS CONTOUR PLATEAU HAVING EMBOSS ELEMENTS THEREON AND PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME

Embossed tissue products having improved strength and softness are disclosed. The products as described have a continuous curvilinear emboss element which carries discrete emboss elements, thereby providing the product with the softness and handfeel benefits associated with the long linear elements, but the visual appearance of discrete emboss elements.

TISSUE PRODUCT AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING SAME

A tissue product with at least four plies made of tissue paper base sheet or nonwoven that includes: a first outer ply and a second outer ply and at least two inner plies between the first outer ply and the second outer ply, wherein at least one of the inner plies is un-embossed; at least one of the outer plies includes a décor embossing pattern; wherein the absorbency of the tissue product is between 7 g/g and 15 g/g.

Embossed multi-ply tissue products

The present invention provides an embossed multi-ply tissue product that is visually pleasing and has improved physical attributes. For example, the inventive multi-ply tissue products have reduced stiffness, such as a GM Flexural Rigidity less than about 600 mg*cm, improved absorbency, such as a Residual Water (WResidual) value less than about 0.15 g, and improved wet resiliency, such as a Wet Elastic Strain Ratio greater than about 32 percent.
