Disclosed is a fiber-reinforced resin composite body (1) including: a thermosetting resin (2); a plurality of reinforcing fiber layers (4) stacked in the thermosetting resin (2); and a thermoplastic resin (5) dispersed in a form of particles in the thermosetting resin (2) between the plurality of reinforcing fiber layers (4).
Affixation Film for Printed Wiring Board
An affixation film 101 for a printed wiring board includes a circuit pattern concealing layer 112, and an adhesive layer 111 put on top of the circuit pattern concealing layer 112. An opposite surface of the circuit pattern concealing layer 112 from the adhesive layer 111 has an Rku of 2.5-3.0.
Coextruded multilayer film
The invention discloses a heat sealable multilayer polyester based film that form hermetic and peelable seals onto polyester containers and their use in food packaging.
SHAPED ARTICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, PREPREG, AND LAMINATE
Disclosed is a shaped article which comprises a thermoplastic alicyclic structure-containing resin. The shaped article comprises a spherulite having a size of less than 3 μm and has a crystallinity of 20% or more and 70% or less.
EVOH-Coated, Biaxially Oriented, High-Density, Polyethylene Films with Metal-Oxide Deposition
Disclosed are compositions and methods for multilayer films, which, in one embodiment may include a core layer comprising a polyethylene stabilizer optionally in a masterbatch solution and at least 50 wt. % of high-density polyethylene. Further, the multilayer film may include a first skin layer comprising at least 90 wt. % ethylene-propylene polymer and antiblock, and a second skin layer consisting of an ethylene-propylene copolymer or terpolymer. Further still, the multilayer film may include a primer layer on the second skin, an aqueous barrier layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol polymer, polyvinyl alcohol polymer, or combinations thereof on the primer layer. And, further still, multilayer film may include a metallization layer on the aqueous barrier layer, wherein the multilayer film may be oriented in at least one direction.
CO-EXTRUDED, BIAXIALLY ORIENTED, MATTE, HOPE FILMS
Disclosed are compositions and methods for multilayer films, which, in one embodiment may comprise a core layer comprising at least 50 wt. % of high-density polyethylene. Further, the multilayer film may include a first skin layer consisting essentially of one or more ethylene-propylene copolymers. Further still, the multilayer film may include a second skin layer consisting essentially of one or more ethylene-propylene-butylene terpolymers. And yet further, the multilayer film may be oriented in at least one direction, and at least two layers of the multilayer film are coextruded.
Biaxially Oriented High-Density Polyethylene Films with Improved Sealant Skin
Disclosed are compositions and methods for multilayer films, which, in one embodiment may comprise a core layer comprising at least 50 wt. % of high-density polyethylene. Further, the multilayer film may include a first skin layer comprising an ethylene-propylene polymer, and a second skin layer comprising at least one or more α-olefin copolymers and antiblock. One or more of the at least one or more α-olefin copolymers in the second skin layer, which may be a sealant skin layer, may include at least one ethylene-propylene-butylene polymer in combination with a plastomer and/or elastomer that contain propylene, ethylene, or a combination thereof.
GAS BARRIER FILM
A gas barrier film includes a resin substrate and an oxygen barrier coating film in contact with a first surface of the resin substrate. The resin substrate includes two or more resin layers including a base layer. Of the two or more resin layers, a resin layer forming the first surface of the resin substrate does not contain an anti-blocking agent.
GAS BARRIER FILM
A gas barrier film including a substrate film containing a resin, and a gas barrier layer that has oxygen barrier properties and is in contact with at least one surface of the substrate film, a surface of the gas barrier layer has a flat portion, and a plurality of protrusions that protrude from the flat portion. The number of protrusions that satisfy the following formula (1) is 0 to 200 per mm.sup.2, and the number of protrusions that satisfy the following formula (2) is 20 or more per mm.sup.2: d×2≤f (1); and 0.2≤f<d×2 (2), where d represents a thickness (μm) of the gas barrier layer, and f represents a height (μm) of each of the plurality of protrusions.
LAMINATED FILM
A laminated film exhibits a certain adhesive property to various adherends having shapes or different irregularity shapes. The laminated film includes a resin layer A on one surface of a substrate and a resin layer B on the other surface. The resin layer A has a ten-point average surface roughness Rz(a) of 1.5 μm or more and 5.0 μm or less and a storage elastic modulus G′ at 25° C. and 1 Hz of 3.0×10.sup.5 Pa or more.
