Porous sheet, and porous composite
An object of the present invention is to provide a porous sheet capable of satisfy both the properties of fitting, preventing tightening, and providing comfort immediately after wearing or at a standstill/at rest and the properties of tightening, fixation stability, and providing comfort during exercise such as sports at the same time, as well as a porous composite comprising the porous sheet, or particularly, a porous sheet and a porous composite for clothing, health products, medical supplies, and sporting goods. The present invention relates to a porous sheet made of a thermoplastic elastomer composition (A), having a plurality of slits and/or pores, and having a porosity of 5 to 50%, an anisotropy of 10% or more, and a stretching stress relaxation rate of 40% or less after being stretched by 500% and held for 60 seconds.
Breathable Barrier Laminate
A barrier laminate suitable for use in the construction of chemically protective garments is provided. The barrier laminate includes a nonwoven layer bonded to a breathable microporous film layer. Methods of forming a barrier laminate are also provided.
Wood-plastic coated metal composite profile and process for producing the same
The present disclosure relates to a wood-plastic coated metal composite profile and a production process, and belongs to the technical field of composite profiles. The wood-plastic coated metal composite profile includes a metal core material, a wood-plastic surface layer and an intermediate layer provided between the metal core material and the wood-plastic surface layer. The intermediate layer includes unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polyolefin and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, inorganic filler, polyurethane prepolymer. In the present disclosure, an intermediate layer is provided between the wood-plastic surface layer and the metal core material for bonding. The intermediate layer has excellent performance when bonding with the metal, and at the same time, it can blend with the wood-plastic surface layer to a certain extent during co-extrusion. Thereby, a stable structure with core material-intermediate layer-wood-plastic surface layer is formed, and the intermediate layer has good elasticity and impact resistance, and can maintain good bonding under various environments.
Resilient flooring product and methods of making same
Described herein are resilient floor coverings produced by using digitally printed UV-cured inks and exhibiting high adhesion properties between an ink layer and a wear layer. Also described herein are methods for manufacturing same. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present invention.
FLOOR PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FLOOR PANEL
A floor panel with a substrate and a decoration provided thereon. The substrate includes at least a foamed layer of thermoplastic material and at least a reinforcement layer. Additionally, a method for manufacturing such floor panels with a substrate and a decoration, where the substrate includes at least a foamed layer of thermoplastic material and at least a reinforcement layer.
Methods and interfaces for detecting a proximity between devices and initiating playback of media
The present disclosure generally relates to interfaces and techniques for media playback on one or more devices. In accordance with some embodiments, an electronic device includes a display, one or more processors, and memory. A proximity between the electronic device and a second device is detected and in response to detecting the proximity between the electronic device and the second device, the media playback status of the electronic device and/or the second device is modified.
Curative
A coating created entirely from plant-derived ingredients is disclosed. Illustrative embodiments of the coating may be particularly well suited for use on leather-like materials created from epoxidized natural rubber-based formulations. Illustrative embodiments of the coating created may be comprised of substantially the reaction product between epoxidized vegetable oil and a polyfunctional naturally occurring acid (such as citric acid). Illustrative embodiments this reaction product may be used to produce porosity-free castable resins and vulcanize rubber formulations based on epoxidized natural rubber. Materials made from disclosed materials may be advantageously used as leather substitutes.
Plastic-containing carrier for a decorated wall or floor panel and method for producing the same
The present disclosure relates to a plastic-containing support for a decorated wall panel or floor panel, comprising a supporting material including a thermoplastic matrix material, in which a solid material with a particle size less than or equal to 800 μm is embedded, wherein the support has a length, a width and a thickness, wherein the support has a density gradient along its thickness from a bottom surface to a top surface arranged on the opposite side to the bottom surface in such a manner, that the density of the supporting material averaged over a specified width or a specified length of at least 5 mm, preferably at least 20 mm, from the bottom surface to the top surface initially declines and then increases again.
Carrier material on the base of a plastic composition and a mineral based solid composition for decorated wall or floor panels
A carrier material for producing a decorated wall or floor panel, as well as the corresponding wall or floor panel, may comprise a matrix material and a solid material. The matrix material is present from ≥25 wt.-% to ≤55 wt.-% and the solid material is present from ≥45 wt.-% to ≤75 wt.-% of the carrier material. The matrix material and the solid material together may be present in an amount of ≥95 wt.-% of the carrier material. The solid material is formed to at least 50 wt.-% of a solid composition consisting of at least a first layered silicate powder and a second layered silicate powder. The matrix material is formed to at least 50 wt.-% by a plastic composition consisting of a homopolymer and at least a first copolymer and a second copolymer.
Decorative Panel, and Decorative Floor Covering Consisting of Said Panels
In the field of decorative floor coverings, decorative panels are known having a MDF (Medium Density Board) or HDF (High Density Board) based core layer on top of which a decorative substrate is attached to provide the panels a desired appearance. The invention relates to a panel, in particular a decorative panel, a floor panel, a ceiling panel or a wall panel. The invention also relates to a floor covering consisting of a plurality of mutually coupled panels.
