A tensioning actuator is biased to pivot the second tensioning member away from the first tensioning member.

A movable rocker arm, a movable rocker arm driving cylinder, a movable roller system and a movable baling belt are arranged in the movable box. A cotton bale forming chamber is jointly enclosed and formed by the fixed baling belt and the movable baling belt. In this disclosure, a multi-way valve is used to control the flow rate of oil circuits where the fixed rocker arm driving cylinder and the rocker arm driving oil cylinder are located, respectively.

Farm implements including baling machines and cotton module builders are encompassed. The system includes a sensor that can ascertain a physical parameter associated with ejection of a round bale from the farm implement. Physical parameters as may be ascertained can include pressures, velocities, accelerations, etc. associated with bale ejection.

A bale forming apparatus forms a round bale, wraps a surface of the bale, and ejects the bale. A discharge gate of a casing is in a bale forming position while the bale is formed. For wrapping the bale, the discharge gate is pivoted into a bale wrapping position. A web detecting sensor detects whether or not provided web is present on the surface of the bale in the casing. This web detecting sensor senses a segment of the bale surface which is visible through a gap between a stationary casing part and the discharge gate being in the bale wrapping position. The wrapped bale is ejected.

REPAIR, CONVERSION OR RETROFIT KIT FOR A ROUND BALER

A repair, conversion or retrofit kit includes at least two continuously closable replacement baler belts which correspond substantially in their combined width to the width of a continuously closed baler belt to be replaced. The replacement baler belts may be closable in a force-fitting and/or form-fitting manner by a connecting means, and the connecting means may be at least partially hook connectors. In some embodiments, the repair, conversion or retrofit kit further includes at least one guide means arranged on the round baler such that at least two replacement baler belts each extend laterally with respect to the at least one guide means, and the at least two replacement baler belts are guided laterally with respect to one another. In some cases, the guide means is an auxiliary guide disk arranged on a rotatable shaft of the round baler.

An object former surrounds a chamber and forms an object in the chamber. A web moving member moves a web of wrapping material towards a wrapping material inlet guiding into the chamber. The web is injected into the chamber. The object in the chamber is wrapped. A moveable severing member of a severing device severs the web. A movement of the web moving member is coupled with a movement of the moveable severing member from a parking position into an intermediate position. A severing actuator moves the moveable severing member from the intermediate position into a web severing position. thereby severing the web.

Bale wrapping system

A bale wrapping system includes a bale chamber configured to receive agricultural product and a belt configured to be disposed within the bale chamber. The belt is configured to be positioned between a bale wrap and an interior surface of the bale chamber while the belt is disposed within the bale chamber. Additionally, the belt is configured to support the bale wrap and to move into the bale chamber due to a weight of the agricultural product on the bale wrap. Further, the belt is configured to compact the agricultural product within the bale wrap, such that a bale of the agricultural product at least partially surrounded by the bale wrap is formed within the bale chamber.

A round baler includes a forming belt defining a baling chamber having an inlet through which crop material enters. A belt tensioning system includes a tension arm and a plurality of moveable rollers that move for maintaining tension in a forming belt while allowing a diametric size of the bale to increase during formation. A starter roll is positioned immediately upstream of the inlet relative to a rotational direction of the bale within the baling chamber during formation. The starter roll is moveable during bale formation in a direction at least partially directed toward a central transverse axis of the baling chamber to maintain a constant inward deformation distance into an exterior circumferential surface of the bale as the diametric size of the bale increases during formation.
