CHECKING HARNESS FOR PETS
A pet harness and more particularly to a pet harness to allow use as both a checking harness and a standard harness with the standard harness configuration allowing a user to exercise some control over the pet when the harness is worn properly by attachment of a leash to the leash connection portion whereas the training/checking configuration is used when the user wishes to exercise more control over the pet through application of a firm, but not painful pressure on the pet such that the pet will recognise the message but not be hurt by the application of pressure.
Animal protective harness and collar
A protective animal harness has a collar portion having a substantially annular shape with a first central opening configured for receiving a neck of an animal. The harness further has a torso portion having a substantially annular shape with a second central opening configured for receiving a torso of the animal. The harness further has a connecting strap connecting at least a portion of the collar portion to the torso portion and configured to extend between the front legs of the animal. A protective apron is connected to the collar portion. The protective apron has an arcuate shape that extends over a portion of a circumference of the collar portion. The protective apron has a flexible covering extending between a plurality of radially spaced apart reinforcement members.
Canine Harness Pack Assembly
A canine harness pack assembly for enabling a canine to transport items includes a harness and a pack. The harness is attachable to a canine so that the harness is positioned around a chest of the canine. The pack is selectively engageable to a top of the harness so that the pack is substantially centered on a back of the canine. An item can be positioned in the pack therein so that the canine is positioned to transport the item.
Ergonomic training harness for dogs
An ergonomic training harness for use with an animal, the harness having a back panel with an outward-facing surface and an inward-facing surface and a chest panel with an outward-facing surface and an inward-facing surface. The harness also includes a chest strap having a first end and a second end, wherein each of the first end and the second end are coupled to the back panel. Additionally, the harness includes an underbelly strap coupled to the back panel, and a longitudinal strap coupled to the chest panel, the longitudinal strap having a first loop portion and a second loop portion. The chest strap is configured to pass through the first loop portion of the longitudinal strap and the underbelly strap is configured to pass through the second loop portion of the longitudinal strap.
METHODS, DEVICES, AND SYSTEMS FOR INFORMATION TRANSFER WITH SIGNIFICANT POSITIONS AND FEEDBACK
Systems, methods, and devices for information transfer comprising a physical or conceptual space that may be populated by significant spatial and/or conceptual positions or significant gestures. One or more users, including humans and animals such as domesticated dogs, may interact with and/or activate elements of this physical or conceptual space, including by wearing devices configured for sensing the users' position and/or movement. The user's interactions with significant spatial positions or significant gestures may produce one or more outputs, such as audio playback of phonetic sounds, or of prerecorded words or phrases. The user may build sequences of phonetic sounds to produce words. The user may receive feedback that may allow the user to detect and interact with the significant spatial positions and/or significant gestures, including by wearing devices configured to produce haptic feedback when the user interacts with or accesses a significant spatial position and/or significant gesture.
Rigging and method for rescuing an animal stuck in the water
Rigging for pulling an animal stuck in the water, such as a horse or cow, includes at least one elongated abdominal portion which is adapted for placement along a ventral side of the animal behind at least one foreleg of the animal; and a back portion which is adapted for placement along a dorsal side of the animal, where the abdominal portion includes at least one bending-stiff insert element, so that the abdominal portion can be inserted with an inserting motion behind at least one foreleg of the animal.
ADJUSTABLE REVERSIBLE HARNESS
A reversible harness for an animal having a neck region and a waist region. The harness includes a chest piece, and a back piece having a back-side tethering strap. A leash connector is rotatably disposed on the tethering strap. The reversible harness further includes a first adjustable strap to secure the chest piece to the back piece about the neck region of the animal, and a second adjustable strap to secure the chest piece to the back piece about the waist region of the animal. The harness is adapted to fit a wide variety of sizes of animals. Additionally, owing to at least one top fabric portion and at the least one bottom fabric portion of the back piece, and a first chest-side fabric portion and a second chest-side fabric portion of the chest piece, the harness is reversible.
EXPANDER HARNESS
An expander harness for walking pets on a leash, comprising a back part (3) equipped with a lining (2). A limiting element (10) is threaded through the leash connector (16) on the back part (3), which is fixed to the lining (2) by a limiting element fixing point (12) crossing the intersection of the axis line (9) and a separating axis line (9a).
The leash connector (16) on one side of the separating axis line (9a), and the at least one shoulder part connecting element (18) on the other side of the separating axis line (9a), are elastically displaced in the direction opposite to each other, moving away from each other to the extent of the stretching of the elastic element (11) threaded through the leash connector (16), extending between the leash connector (16) and the limiting element fixing point (12), and that of the shoulder part elastic element (21) threaded through the shoulder part connecting element (18).
External and internal monitoring of animal physiology and behavior
A method and system for the continuous monitoring of animal physiology and behavior through the use of a smart body worn animal harness, smart collar or restraint system which captures, pre-processes, monitors, and transmits data captured from a plurality of externally-based, skin contact-based, and internally located RFID implants to a cloud-based infrastructure for further processing and augmentation to support real time alerting and animal health analytical systems.
Animal umbrellas
Animal umbrellas adapted to protect animals, more specifically household pets, from precipitation and sun radiation. The animal umbrellas include a shade held at a distance from an animal's body by a plurality of ribs and stretchers, and is attached and extends from at least one collar or harness placed on the animal. A leash can be incorporated and releasably attached thereto.
