Bicycle component for an at least partially muscle-powered bicycle
A bicycle component for an at least partially muscle-powered bicycle with at least one freewheel unit including a freewheel component and a support unit and a spring unit, the freewheel component containing a tubular body section extending around a central axis and configured hollow showing a non-round outer contour for non-rotatable and axially displaceable coupling and a front surface with axial engagement components. The spring unit urges the freewheel component and the support unit apart in an axial direction of the central axis. The freewheel component, the support unit, and the spring unit form an assembly suitable for pre-assembly, and the spring unit is attached to the freewheel component and the support unit.
WHEEL STRUCTURE WITH BUILT-IN REDUCER AND MOTOR
A wheel structure with a built-in reducer and motor is provided. As the driving wheel in a rudder wheel, which has a high degree of integration and significantly reduces the overall height of the rudder wheel while maintaining high speed and acceleration. The wheel structure includes a wheel coupled to a reducer, a drive motor connected to the reducer, and the reducer.
Retention configuration for face spline interface
A wheel bearing assembly is disclosed that a bearing ring defining a first splined portion, a joint element including a second splined portion configured to matingly engage with the first splined portion, and a first retention assembly arranged radially outward from the first and second splined portions. The first retention assembly is configured to axially retain the bearing ring with the joint element.
EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR FORMING A FRONT TOOTHING ON AN INNER RING OF A WHEEL HUB
Equipment including a rigid plate provided with a plurality of cutters configured to be impressed in sequence against a swaged annular collar of an inner ring of a wheel hub, the collar being formed with a first radial profile; the cutters sliding axially through the plate and towards a first face of the plate resting in abutment against the collar; wherein the first face of the plate is provided in the region of the cutters with a concave annular seat having a second radial profile configured to copy at least partly the first radial profile of the collar, the annular seat being configured to be passed through by the cutters during the step for impression against the collar and to contain any radial flow of the metallic material which forms the collar.
Hub for Bicycle Wheel, Assembly for Such a Hub, and Bicycle Wheel Comprising Such a Hub
In an embodiment a hub for a bicycle running wheel includes a hub body and a freewheel body, wherein the hub body and the freewheel body are connected via a conical toothing arrangement.
Steering Knuckle of a Utility Vehicle, Axle Assembly and Vehicle Axle of a Utility Vehicle
A steering knuckle of a utility vehicle has a main body, a steering knuckle bearing for receiving in a rotating articulated manner a vehicle axle, a hub-type, cup-shaped receiving portion, open towards a rim of a vehicle wheel, in which portion an anti-friction bearing and a bearing journal can be received. The main body has an opening for receiving a drive shaft. The opening leads into the hub-type receiving portion. An axle assembly and a vehicle axle of a utility vehicle are also provided.
METHOD FOR OBTAINING FACE TEETH ON AN INNER RING OF A WHEEL HUB AND ASSOCIATED TOOL
A method and tool for obtaining face teeth having a plurality of radial teeth on an annular collar of an inner ring of a wheel hub; in which annular roughed-out face teeth are first formed on the collar coaxial with an axis of symmetry (A) of the collar and having a plurality of radial first teeth arranged in a crown and alternating at constant pitch with a plurality of radial first concavities; then a shaping tool comprising a pressing head provided with annular calibration face teeth is axially pressed onto the collar to engage with the annular roughed-out face teeth, second radial concavities of the annular calibration teeth each being delimited by a bottom wall having a rounded circumferential profile exactly reproducing in negative the rounded circumferential profile of the tips or ridges of the radial teeth of the required face teeth.
Hub, in particular for bicycles
A hub for partially muscle-powered vehicles, including a hollow hub axle with a cylindrical inner through hole for the passage of a clamping axle, a hub shell rotatably supported relative to the hub axle by two hub bearings, a rotor rotatably supported relative to the hub axle, and a freewheel device with a hub-side freewheel component and a rotor-side freewheel component, each having axial engagement components for engagement with one another. The hub shell is rotatably supported relative to the hub axle in a rotor-side end region by a rotor-side hub bearing, and in an opposite end region of the hub shell by another hub bearing. The hub-side freewheel component is non-rotatably connected with the hub shell. The rotor-side freewheel component is non-rotatably connected with the rotor and is movable in the axial direction relative to the rotor and the hub shell between a freewheel position and an engagement position.
PLANAR RATCHET ASSEMBLY FOR HUMAN-POWERED VEHICLE
A planar ratchet assembly is provided for a human-powered vehicle, and includes a first ratchet member and a second ratchet member. The first ratchet member includes an axial surface defining a plurality of first serrated teeth having a first driving surface and a first non-driving surface. At least one of the first non-driving surfaces includes a convex curved surface that has a radius of curvature of at least 0.5 mm. The second ratchet member includes an axial surface defining a plurality of second serrated teeth having a second driving surface and a second non-driving surface. The first ratchet member and the second ratchet member rotate together in a driving direction. At least one of the first ratchet member and the second ratchet member moves in an axial direction to permit relative rotation between the first ratchet member and the second ratchet member in a non-driving direction.
HUB FOR HUMAN-POWERED VEHICLE
A hub is provided for a human-powered vehicle, and includes a hub axle, a rotating body, a bearing, an inner retainer and an outer retainer. The rotating body is rotatably mounted on the hub axle.
